Thank you LA for the review! We understand this bike isn’t for everyone. The Stinger is something the chopper crowd has asked for a long time and we’re glad it’s finally here! We are taking all the feedback into consideration so that the necessary updates can be made. Thanks again!
Since the BT V2 has a G2 reed block integrated, you can just bolt on the 25mm adapter for bigger carbs and bolt a 21mm on. The exhaust is going to help a bunch aswell as porting. Keep us posted Hover. Thanks for the video
La hover, your videos are my favorite on TH-cam! They are high quality, enjoyable, honest and informative. I absolutely love what you do and really hope you keep doing it. Because of you I am investing in a 2 stroke and a 4 stroke build. You’re awesome, be safe.
Pitbike 125cc exhaust header fits the bt series engines perfectly, still have to weld on an expansion chamber but easiest custom exhaust option for bt's!
Can’t wait to see what engine mods you come up with. I converted a V1 into a V2 and the same top speed as you. I put a window in the piston and today I’m going to shave the head down to get a good squish to see what happens. I got more top speed with v1 but I had OKO reed and 21 pwk carb on it.
Btw you don't need to worry about motor mounts on the occ choppers. Bike berry has billet aluminum mounts that are fenomanol my built phantom 85 hasn't hurt em or moved at all.
I've built 11 choppers and don't let anybody tell you different it's up hill all the way with motori the older Orange County Choppers. Yea a motor mount is required in order to motorize the chopper. Because of build repetition on the choppers I've managed to do some homemade engineering to make it easier as I progressed from bike to bike. But at the end of the day a motorized chopper is the most beautiful breathtaking sight, but sucks royally.regarding comfort. I build my vintage bikes primarily for collection and display. I replace stock parts with after market parts that will last longer for example replace the stock chain with one from Tractor Supply etc. And I'm happy to say that a chopper can be built successfully, but beware you will find an obstacle only to be followed by another one. I've built and sold 38 bikes and 2 nearing completion for a total of 40. I don't sell to minors. Eleven choppers plus 39 1950's and 60's cruisers. HAPPY BUILDING!
i know this has nothing to do with this video but i can't get a definite answer is the phantom 3 worth getting just started this hobby i currently have two bikes one yd100 and the crappy 110cc. wish i would of seen your video on that. and thats why im asking is phantom worth getting
Thanks for the tests and reviews. The grip position on the chopper,no matter where the bars were,is a serious No from me.I have a 'cruiser and the wrist/hand position is uncomfortable just setting on the bike to check adjust.Looking at the mt.bike bars again, with riser arms so I'm Not leaning, but closer to the hand position when you extend your arms out.Looking forward to more BT tests.
Love it and will be getting this frame for myself one thing with these is you want the bars upright then you lean back like you are in a lowrider, for example bikeberry has a video on there youtube channel of them riding this and the rider was 5'9.
Hey brother got a question out of all the 2 stroke 4 stroke kits out there chain drive direct drive etc what kit is the most reliable the most dependable
Anybody wonder why the frame seems too small for an adult? Thats because it is just a popular chopper style bicycle from the time of the chopper stingray. This bike was called a big mo. This is still a children's frame that in fact wasn't originally designed for motors but bikeberry did some very minor modifications for this. The ergonomics are still for a child
Hi I have a Kent Bayside and I've been having quite a bit of problems with tires especially the factory type what would you recommend because my tires seem to go bald and even go flat quite a bit
Dual pull levers are dangerous. Tuned on flat ground it will work for flat ground. If your going downhill the front won't have enough braking force and the rear will lock up long before the front brake actually does something to stop you.
Ive had a phantom 85 on it with a 32 tooth sprocket and 21 mm oko and shes a serious ripper.im getting ready to weld up a pipe for her soon. The bikes famously named "el sketchador "
Yeah, that stinks about the bike because I was really hopeful that it might be something I could look forward to getting in the future because I really want to build a chopper style bike because I just think it’s cool not for a daily but for a weekend warrior type of a thing, but I kind of assumed it would be really small or a bigger fella like you or I I wish they offered different size frames like small, medium and large or extra large and that would be really cool but maybe in the future thanks for the video
15:59 Bafang carb???as in the AAA ebike quality?.....JK...but thats a good carb..not better than a HP Carb with 65 Jet...those HP Carbs are bad cuz the jet is tuned for CHINA...tune it to your altitude like a real boy and it great...the NT carbs are the best if they are the bigger version which is the bafang.....bafang vs 65 jet HP...jeez ....idk...

I did the same when fabricating a custom exhaust for my BT80. I think they're 28mm OD (roughly 1-1/8"), which was a little bigger than the stock pipe.
"The tiny seat cradles my bottom like an adult diaper" - LA Hover. Great quote! 😄

Results sir? I ordered a v2 will be here two days from now. Got it on the early black Friday deal for 250.
The chopper bike, take the handle bars off and put them on backwards so your hands turn out when you push them so far forward.
Always worth watching your vids
as a new builder, who previously had a motor on a huffy beach cruiser all held together by rope... yep, the chopper build has been a journey
How are those little engines at going uphill?
Btw you don't need to worry about motor mounts on the occ choppers. Bike berry has billet aluminum mounts that are fenomanol my built phantom 85 hasn't hurt em or moved at all.
Have you figured out a way to minimize vibration on the suckers? mine vibrates crazy at anything more than 20 mph😭😭😭😭
On the occ the kick stank is up by the cranks which allows you to put the front wheel on the ground and kickstart the bike.like you would a dirtbike

I'm actually building an Occ XL currently, do you have any tips mounting a 4 stroke? Or what mounts I should buy?
@@Idowhatiwant. I've only done the older orange county choppers never an XL. I'm thinking the XL is more motor friendly. Google for tutorials.
Does anyone know if it's just me or LA's discord server went down?
He deleted it
Well LA, My V2 supposed to be delivered today, you closing in on that engine breakin review?
Whatpart of the aouth are you in

Great power, but over heats fast. I'd say, not for me.
thanks keep up doing what u do ur videos are very helpful
the regular ape hangers are great and comfortable on my cruiser,, those are some weird a$$ handlebars haha
Hiii love your videos I was wondering if you run chain tensioners and if it’s better to run my bike without one
what tire is that on the felt faker frame ( if im right ) the tire looks like motorcycle tires but also bike tires

Gotta bring this back

How is the v2 so far
Why i wrap inner tube one turn glued in place for clamp's
maybe if you had some high rise handle bars so it can be shoulder length with you
Hopefully they make an exhaust adapter
is there a way to add nitrous to these engines?
Spokes always breaks help please!
Watch the engine mounts on the stinger mine broke after a month of riding
I am on a tight budget and I want to build a speedster can you make a video on that
Flip the bars around so the grips point downward

what I don't get is why the hell did it and make a 52 mm piston with this version 2
Do you know if the V2 will fit on the zeda screaming demon V2?
The BT V2 has a 4 bolt pattern on the lower mount. Not compatible with the Demon's mounting plate unless you drill it out, maybe.
Howdy, I can't stop laughin" ... I have 3 OCC Schwinn bikes in the shop. They take up space.
My OCC chopper is beautiful
Good info, another great video thank you.
You need a 4 stroke in that thing
Cool bike!
For the price there should be a built-in gas tank and a lot better engineering
Yeah, that stinks about the bike because I was really hopeful that it might be something I could look forward to getting in the future because I really want to build a chopper style bike because I just think it’s cool not for a daily but for a weekend warrior type of a thing, but I kind of assumed it would be really small or a bigger fella like you or I I wish they offered different size frames like small, medium and large or extra large and that would be really cool but maybe in the future thanks for the video
Getting one in a few weeks, I'll let ya know if it's actually any good coming from a person whos 6'1
Excelente Mr hover continúe with motorized bike My Bros & i suscribe from panamá,Jorge.
These frames are just children's choppers bicycles called big mo. Thats why it feels so small 😂😂😂
❤ sick ❤
bring it to a bike show park it and let every body look at it ,
I have 16 in ape hangers on mine tho. And theyre angled alot better
"OOOh, I'm not gonna lie... that was an awful ride."
🍿
Over priced chopper for me...!!!!
Yeah it's fucking absurd. Could buy a Welder and materials and build a frame for half the cost. Then have tools for future projects
😛
Good bayck😅
My actual occ stingray is soo much better for this😢
I've been wanting to mount a motor to. The Electra super 8 3i or 8i. I feel that bike and a few other Electra long stretch cruiser bikes are best.
Bikeberry ><
they do have the best motor...the bt100...outlasts the yd100...but not in universalism.....3 ring compression..
now this????????
