This book is a super cool read and it greatly depends on the readers mood :) because all of its chapters walk on a thin line. Either it can totally be a “self starting/ motivational Jargon” or “amazing attitude one Must have on all the life’s fuckups” . Mostly book with a ‘coffee-in-the-beach attitude’ will save the day and it’s reader 😎
30 days change your habits - marc reklau ,best read to someone who wants to build a habit
To get a clearer idea about the book, I would recommend watching multiple videos on the same subject. Because how the speaker narrates depends on their own perspective.
