Thanks Ananthi. TH-cam has changed my life completely. I wasted my 4 years of life in youtube. I was a topper student till my college. After I came to job, I got addicted to youtube. Full of waste. It's ok to spend time in social media but don't get addicted to that. It will spoil yourself completely. Don't get distracted. You can be still happy, when you achieve something in your life . Even if it's a small achievement it gives you more happiness than from social media. Please avoid spending more time in social media platforms. It ruin everything.

I quit pubg after 4 yrs, this is the MOST HARDEST PART TO QUIT PUBG, even I bought IPAD only to play pubg, now I have 3 hrs solidly everyday after I stopped

Start practicing meditation every morning 10 min before I leave home for work, it just 15 days now

Distraction is natural. Sustained attention is artificial. In a world or society where deliberate exploitation of this natural distraction is programmed by techies through digital applications and media in order to capitalize and to profoundly perpetuate the need to be attentive to certain details through education is nothing more than hypocrisy. This extends to your work culture, personal desires and future goals which are all mere artificial constructs where attention indeed is needed day in and day out in order to survive in this social jungle. Remember this attention is something we inherit but it is not a big deal when one knows the existence is merely about satisfying the basic needs such as food, cloth and shelter. Only if you are comparing and contrasting with others and become more greedy is when this artificial cultivation of attention is of prime need. Life lives on its own, and the ideas are just stacked upon it. Nothing more, nothing less.
