Coach loves his Redwood Outdoors sauna and uses it in combination with a cold plunge tub it to train his Ohio State Wrestling team. Coach uses a wood-fired heater so he can run his sauna off-grid, but these saunas also come with electric heaters.
Dustin explains his experience throughout the assembly process and how he uses this sauna in combination with his cold plunge tub to maximize his team's recovery. When he uses his sauna, he gets it up to over 220F in 40 minutes 🥵!
