This card feels like it hits all the common spend categories that major cards don't. It feels like a really solid semi-catch all to have if you value cash back.
@@micahgreene4573 I live in Vegas and practically everything "miscellaneous" I do falls under these categories. I already have AMEX gold for dining and AMEX BCP for grocery

Wells Fargo Active Cash lets you move your cash back into points, so I expect this new card to let you as well. One thing though i see is game shops, wonder if that includes playstation store, Microsoft store for Xbox and Steam, shows 4% for oculus.
🤠Great job on this quick update and detail analysis! The card is more useful than I thought. It includes a lot of categories missed out from other cards on the market. The streaming, entertainment, transportation(Including EV charging) and recreation(huge!) are unbelievably all included! I will probably not get it because I am still team points but will definitely keep an eye on it to see if there will be a point variant in the future. Very happy to see Wells Fargo has new cards coming. Hope we can see these categories in new point reward cards in the future.
🤠I just spent a few hundred dollars on museums and other attractions on my recent 3-week trip to the US Southeast (Atlanta, New Orleans, Memphis). This card would have been great to have during this vacation! With being rejected for the Capital One SavorOne in April 2024 (I already have the Venture X), I can definitely see applying for this card in early 2025. I will be spending a lot on MLB tickets, as well as museums and attractions for next year's Boston/New York/Philadelphia vacation after getting the card!
This is the next card in my queue. I have a big shepherd girl🐶 and I spent a ton on pets supplies and grooming. I’m sending this video to all my friends who are pet parents. 🐾There is no other card like this in the market. Thanks for the video ❤
Just snagged it, because why not! haha. After looking at all the merchant examples for each category it was a no brainer for me especially being a no annual fee card. Seems like it'll be great for a lot of my miscellaneous spend.
got approved for this card and can confirm that you can transfer the cash back earned on attune to points in your autograph (journey) account, which you can then transfer to airline partners. great card combo!
Can you upgrade your autograph card to the Attune card? Would that be a good idea? Also, could you transfer points from your Attune card to travel partners?
Unrelated, that denim jacket at the beginning is fire!! Related, this card seems almost like a vacation card for the normal person. Unless you're a crafter, it seems like a card you would use for all your excursions on vacation since most of them appear to be listed
If you live in a large city with a large focus on public transit, this is definitely the card for you. FYI, the points are transferrable to airline and hotel points, but you have to do an initial transfer to the autograph card points and then transfer to airline points. I have to do that with my Active Cash card. Also, kind of cool I can put my annual ski pass on this.
I know some families who easy spend 10K+ annually at Disney/universal. If they are already in the WF atmosphere, this is a great addition to use on that stuff!
Sebby, Card is interesting but raises a point I am hoping you can address. How do plan out your application process to limit the credit score hit from having hard inquiries? Also, can you discuss the impact between hard and soft (like additional Amex card) inquiries? I know this only makes up 10% of your score, but it’s still 10%. Thx
Tried calling them to change over my active cash. They told me we need to wait 6 months from the release date of this card to product change, so I assume December 6th or 7th?
🤠 very smart move by Wells Fargo! Too bad that we cannot transfer the cash back to Miles to transfer partners. Also, I wonder if they have foreign transaction fees?
I can't say for Wells Fargo but based on my experience with Discover and American Express, when a card gets discontinued existing cardmembers can keep the same card and benefits but nobody new can apply.
Definitely a unique card! The attunes marketing of “cash rewards” is the same as the active cash, so I imagine you’ll be able to transfer over to an autograph so you can transfer points to partners just like you can with the active cash.
The fact that leisure and activities is on here makes it a game changer. Especially since theme parks categorize this way. Scared though that this may not be sustainable for Wells Fargo. I do hope though that Wells Fargo lowers the cash back minimum if they haven’t already That was always a headache
I wouldn't mind paying some annual fee for the attune if they provide some additional credits on gym, Broadway, movie theatres etc. and provide the option to transfer points..
Definitely would love to see if B&H and Adorama qualify as camera stores. This is a very intriguing card. I think I would even take 3% back on those categories if it meant points instead of cash back
There was a rumor when Autograph transfer partners were first mentioned back in October that Active rewards would no longer move to Autograph, it never happened but still persists. Just like the Cap1 two card limit still gets repeated
I don't think WF wants my profile, I'm not matched to any card in their pre approval tool. Which is funny since I was approved for the CSP with a 22K limit.
🤠 I think this card may be a killer card once Wells adds more transfer partners. Assuming the CashBack works the same as the Active Cash and Signify Cash, you can totally move the cash back to points for Transfer partners. Might be the best New card in 2024.
Man, if this were points, I'd snag it right now! But my 2% card gets me effectively 4% in airline ticket value (often more). But it looks like a great card for Team Cashback.
🤠 Wells Fargo has to make huge plays to lure back credit card users and customers in general. They've never had good cards and the banking experience was horrible. My biggest and most frequent spend doesnt light up the board for Attune, so it feels super niche. And I'd probably forget to even use it in the moment 🤷
Attune arrived 6/18. I charged WAlt Disney World Tickets and Buccaneers Season tickets. Statement cutoff 6/21. Got 4% on the Buccaneers tickets and 1% on Walt Disney World Tickets. Don’t believe the marketing
I usually don't want to go aquariums, museums, zoos, but I do go to theaters, symphonies and amusement parks. This card might fill that niche that literally many consumers are looking for. Plus it is no annual fee. How can you beat that?
Do martial arts gyms qualify into this category? i would hate to get this card only for them to only have select gyms qualify (i.e 24hr fitness, LA fitness, etc.)
Even with kids travel is very possible and points are king, prior to covid my oldest child went to something like 30 countries(key is traveling to accessible places, little kids usually fly well it's dragging all their stuff which is the problem). I have been able to use points to save significantly on hotels in major cities and flights, generally redeeming between 2-4 cents per point is easy and the floor for most points cards is around 1 cent anyway. It's pretty easy to redeem the points. That being said I'm not adverse to cash back when it's 3% or more and I cannot get that on points car
🤠 Dallasite here. Glad you’re pulling for the home team! This card is very intriguing. It fills the big gaping holes my 20+ other cards barely touch, if at all. Go Mavs! ✭ Go Cowboys ✭
