We needed a 00 in these. I’ll hope you’ll sell them separately at some point very soon in both these colors and the clear coffin and stiletto full coverage tips. It is so disappointing to not be able to do a set with these. I don’t have giant many hands either and I know I’m not alone with this circumstance of the thumbs never fitting. Just like you did here they’re easy to file down to size but you can’t add to make them bigger. 😖😢🥺 we’ve been asking for larger sizes however these are no wider than others in my failed pile of non fitting full cover tips.
@@hopeisradd I ordered some 00’s from apres’ and they fit my right thumb pretty well but are just slightly small for my left one but in a pinch will work. What’s disappointing is YN are trying to pass off 11 sizes like they filled our request for bigger sizes but all they did was add another smaller size. Now we all have pink and beige full cover tips that we can’t use and they still haven’t said they’d come out with the pink and beige in 00’s which I’ve asked for since I received these too small tips. These are also rather flat for my c curved nail beds. Trying to decide if it makes sense to send back the medium box or to keep them. What have you all decided? If you don’t mind me asking.
This was so informative! Thank you for going over some common problems. Since, I am only an enthusiast I don’t get the type of experience that makes me recognize problem areas. You have such pretty nail beds and hands!
Once I receive my mystery boxes, I will finally see if I can stand longer nails. I usually shorten them when I have more than 3 millimetres of free edge, it bothers me, but I want longer nails !
I would presume that you would need to get a size a up and file it down around the base of the the cuticle area so it shapes better without going over the skin; not sure if all these full cover tips are a catch all for every single person though
You can customize the tips by filing so they fit the cuticle area. Our cameras film in such high definition that the space looks larger than it is, but you want to make sure you do leave a small space so the product does not come in contact with the skin.
Can we use synergy gel to set the tips onto the nail? And build on top also? Or will this crack also?. Thanks . Those colors look great with your glitter pressed. 😎
Yes you can use synergy to adhere them, just remember you won’t be able to soak them off anymore. As for building on top, you can but it may look bulky as the tip already covers the entire nail.
Injusta got my mystery box and I exited to work with this nails my question is for the moment I don’t have the gel can I just use my regular glue ? Or has to be only the gel and I need to wait until I get it ? … thank you for all your videos their so helpful ❤
We would recommend either clear or the original translucent pink. Our distributor in Australia runs their own business. We do not make decisions on what they sell or what/when they have sales. If they want to have a mystery box, they would need to make that decisions. We highly suggest contacting them about all sale questions only so you are getting accurate information.
Yes, you can. We would recommend lightly removing the surface shine, apply a coat of Protein Bond and then stamp and seal with 1-2 coats of your choice of gel top coat.
Honestly, when I saw them I didn’t like them at all.. but after watching this I will put them in my toolbox. For me the 0 in all of the full covers is just a bit to small.. I’ve found a hack (dipping in just boiling water) that makes them a bit more flexible and the “stretch” so I can wear them. If you try the hack remember it’s a quick dip any longer and they become distorted.
I cover mine with the gloss in the jar top coat, top and underside. I make sure to cap around the nail really well. When I do that, I don't have a problem with them melting.
If you use acetone a lot, you can try top coating the surface as well as underneath with Stain Resistant top coat or Gloss gel. These are both non porous hard gels and will resist the acetone. However, if you do wear the top coat off from filing, the acetone can still get to the tips. As a nail tech, a better enhancement for you may be a hard gel rather than a full cover tip.
Extremely disappointed with how flimsy and low quality all these colored or predesigned YN full covered tips are. I’m so used to how high quality their products are so I unknowingly bought a box of their medium pink almonds and their 2nd collaboration box set that comes with 2 boxes- 1 checkered and 1 double French full cover tips. Once you buff them DO NOT let alcohol or SWIPE anywhere near them or they’ll literally break apart! I know, hard to do since you require one or the either when working with gels, which is why these are straight trash. I’ve NEVER had this happen with my Gel-X or Kiara Sky colored full cover tips. YN, what’s going on?!
As shown in the video, we don't recommend using large quantities of Swipe over the un-sealed tips as this is what breaks down plastic. Using a small amount of Swipe or straight alcohol on your manicure brush to clean the nails before Protein Bond and top coat won't dissolve them, but using straight acetone can begin to break them down. If you are having challenges with over saturating the nail, we would recommend cleansing with ManiQ Cleanse instead of Swipe. As for the pre-designed nails, these come with a shiny finish, so no top coat is need. However, if you feel the need to apply top coat, gently buff the surface with a 240 grit buffer just enough to remove the shine, dust the nails off, apply Protein Bond and the top coat.
Thats why I love that company. Not only they sell theyr products they educate us how to use them properly ❤❤

I have that same issue with so many full cover tips, very frustrating..
Same I just got this out and realized the 0 is really small so now I have both pink and nude that I can’t use.

Agreed! I have pretty small hands and the thumbs are never big enough 🙄

omg these are gorgeous 😍
You're too kind!
I cant wait to see what you do with the new full cover tips
I cant wait to receive the medium mystery box with these and a new light!!!! Yay!!
I love the nude colored tips!!!❤❤❤
Loved these. I used the pink one last night on my mother inlaw she loves them top with shimmer pink fiber gel & ultimate finish gel.
Wow this set is so beautiful
Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🍁🍽 Young Nails 💅 fam 💕 🖖
Once I receive my mystery boxes, I will finally see if I can stand longer nails. I usually shorten them when I have more than 3 millimetres of free edge, it bothers me, but I want longer nails !
These are lovely!!!
This is a great video I received two sets of nails in my mystery box they are lovely!
I love the way these fit so much more than your clear full cover almond tips (in the clear box). Will you be making this style in clear? 🙏🏻✨
We do not currently have plans for this, but we're always looking at different options for the future.
Awesome video!!!
Hello, and those spaces that remain due to the cuticle, are they noticeable, how do you cover them??? Thanks for sharing ❤

I just received these in my mystery box
finally
Thank you for these! I compared these to the stiletto nails and they are shaped the same?
These are almond shape.

Yes, you can use nail glue.
Beautiful set 😍 , what is the effect on the other nails?
A glitter press with shimmering sand glitter.
#young nails can you use the original Mani q Base with keratin or do you have to use clear. Also do you do the mystery box 📦 in Australia
We would recommend either clear or the original translucent pink.

Hi can you stamp on top of these tips with caption polish?

Are you going to sell these separately at some point? And, if so, when?
Possibly, it will depend on our stock after the sale.
So these are in one of the kits only?
These are only in the medium mystery box for now.
😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
How do you use them as a nail tech in acetone alot. I find that if I have a busy day they tend to melt
I cover mine with the gloss in the jar top coat, top and underside. I make sure to cap around the nail really well. When I do that, I don't have a problem with them melting.
@@thenailauthority thank you!

@youngnailsinc I actually use acrylic on me, but I am horrible with doing nail art on mine so around special times I would use them. Thanks!! 🙂
Yall nail sized cone too small for me
Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry about that.
There ain't no way that gel is fully cured - that colour from the full cover tip will be absorbing some of that light before it hits the gel.
The tips are still translucent enough for the clear gel to fully cure with no issues.
