After todays 9th June 2024 result of Pakistan VS India, the batting display of Pakistan chasing a measly target of 120 was highly suspect and needs to be investigated. Imad Wasim came in when they required 47 off 46 balls. The entire game there was a very low required run rate and rizwan usman fakhar imad iftikhar shadab all seemed suspect seeing these batsmen not even able to rotate strike on a pitch that was doing nothing in the 2nd innings. Then we have Naseem Shah a tail ender coming in far too late, seemingly purposefully held back too late, and he was easily clearing the boundary and you could see him in tears after the match. The batsmen need to be investigated of the Pakistani team. Highly suspect.
Not really, even today at ban vs sa, same happened. There's been no match so far at Nassau County where anybody was smashing the ball or scoring more than runner ball for a long time
Love the content guys; just a case in point from yesterday’s game between Afghanistan 🇦🇫 and New Zealand 🇳🇿. Never seen a New Zealand 🇳🇿 team be so sloppy in the field as they were yesterday. Something didn’t feel right. I have been watching cricket for over 25 years and have also worked for Betfair here in Australia and it hurts me to see that something could be fishy in our great sport even as of today. USA beating Pakistan, who’s to suggest that there couldn’t be anything fishy there? Got to take everything with a pinch of salt which is sad as a cricket fan. 😢
Match fixing isn't as obvious as one team winning. You can't just bank on, for example, Nitish Kumar hitting a four in the final ball to get to super over. I can see some scrutinity with the horrendous super over afterwards, but I doubt you can bring a game so close from match fixing.
I saw a match once - I don't know who India was playing but I think there were like five dropped catches off the bowling of Sreesanth. Watching each of them was not like a comedy of errors. I was watching a farce! You can't unsee these. And once you do, you wonder if you're watching cricket or WWE. I mean, if it's a match that's pre-decided, it's as good as watching wrestle mania, isn't it?
@@Codie__aaaaand this is precisely the issue. The minute we even start talking about this problem, in comes someone going "prove it! prove it! You can't prove it!"
@@HighLordBlazeReborn I’m not saying it doesn’t exist. But “IPL and all t20 leagues are pure fixing” is one of the dumbest statements I’ve ever heard. You’d think that before saying something so stupid, you’d have a way to back it up.
I'd like someone to enunciate specifically what element of cricket that spot fixing is threatening. It certainly isn't its popularity, number of leagues or amount of money spent on the sport. It seems to me that there are a lot of contradictory aims in the sport.
I'll tell u where fixing actually takes place, in the English Premier League. Last season’s Liverpool vs Man City and Arsenal vs Liverpool (where Allison made two deliberate howlers) were obviously fixed matches.🤣
This is bonkers! This random dude is just subtly accusing India and Indian markets of match-fixing when it should be Pakistan (a poorer nation with dubious play). Looks like the poms are jealous of the money floating around in India, eh!!?
What rubbish! You guys just wake up,open your mouth and utter nonsense. Betting is not fixing. If you guys have proof to expose them then don't just talk.
They are primarily talking about the t20/t10 leagues people don't watch (Sri lanka t20, Abu Dhabi t10 etc.) There have already been proven cases of spot fixing. Also the dude on the left (Ed Hawkins) is one the top experts for betting in cricket, he wrote a book about his experiences with match fixing a few years ago.
@@arwindyadav2536 Well, Mr Yadav, betting is illegal in the subcontinent. This gives an avenue for corruption and match fixing to seep in, since it's not regulated. Why are you getting defensive? It's the fault of subcontinent governments that ban betting instead of legalising and regulating it.
Wish these were long formatted rather than shorter videos. Love the show though. Jarrod is definitely a great addition
Match fixing is the only reason these random leagues pop up ...
Everyone knows it's happening.
Turning black money to white via these leagues
How do they turn black money into white? Assuming that the betting is legal?
I have seen some of these franchise leagues on TH-cam where there is virtually nobody in the crowd and asked, "For whom is this being played?"
Finally someone spoke up about this

It’s the pitch mate, 120 was a very good score on it
Match-fixing has been around for almost as long as the game has been played.Don't forget,it was a gamblers' game at first.
Dis a Good PodCast with Jarrod Kimble Great content 😎👊🏽🇯🇲
Where can we catch the full episodes? All I can find are clips of the show
Why are they posting this before India vs Pakistan match ☠️
Yeah, not like either of those 2 countries are part of the problem 😂
Look at it this way, they are posting this after Aus vs Eng match 😂
Absolute amazing podcast
Noone is talking about this but you guys did
Keep doing this
Please invite Ed Hawkins again. We need more such videos.
I have absolutely no issue with pitch/courtsiding.
If you're gambling you have to understand there's almost always someone who knows more than you.
Why are these not a 4 hour podcast? We need that

Where there’s money, there’s corruption. That’s just a standard rule of life, not just Cricket.
That's not an excuse to accept match fixing.

bruh..now im not so sure about the pakistan usa game.

Spot fixing in t20 cricket is akeen to match fixing...2-3 overs of hanky panky can turn the match around
When West windies player involving in leagues, I got suspicious

How much did Pak accept to bat so slowly and manage to lose to India?

When the bettor has access to international players, that's fixing..
