Videos like these keep me up at night. Honestly I can’t sleep because I’m planning my own (now double decker) conversion! Will I get a van in the next 5 years? Highly unlikely. Have I planned every last detail anyway? Yes. 😅

Finally people who were smart about keeping their toilet separate from the kitchen and shower.
Super beautiful build. For driving, there are special satnav versions for truck and bus drivers available where you can insert data like height and weight and it will choose appropriate routes for you. That could be really handy in areas you're not familiar with

For driving, the bus is the worst! I've seen no locks on drawers or cabinet doors, and a lot of free moving parts / clutter.. Hope they drive it once a year 😂
A bus is not the same as a house! I Guess they're not aware of that. Looks hip and happening and all that, but it's very unpractical in my opinion

@@winandd8649 You don’t need locks. How I know? I work in the industry, you just need soft close. Cabinets only need a small magnet or clasp jam. All of it is hidden. The big 1m$ busses use very light assisted systems, the main thing is securing the contents not the cupboards themselves, add some hooks and use bungees securing the contents or netting.

holy shit this is the most amazing bus i've ever seen- scratch that- the most amazing HOME i have ever seen. i dont even know where to start about my favorite things- first, the tops of the windows how they open, love that. the rope lights hanging above the stairwell, the divider wall- the bedroom! the brightness, the desk, the table hung by ropes- the compost toliet...my goodness. this is incredible!! so beautiful. they did an incredible job.

This is one of the best tiny homes / bus conversion I've seen. Love the open spacious look throughout. Most van conversions look so congested I cant imagine living in them for more than a few days. Kudos for coming up with a fantastic design.
Hands down the best bus build I’ve seen. Even the closet space isn’t too bad! There ample living space too.

Legitimately enjoy seeing these conversions and I was honestly blown away at the price you both paid. That's crazy good value for what you two went with! Love the big solar array, too many people skimp on the solar array thinking that 600w is enough and that's barely enough to run the basics and barely enough to trickle charge the otherwise measly battery capacities they install too. Good on you for that much. :)

Absolutely love the decor on the shower wall + door, as well as the unfinished "hidden" bookcase-door to the bedroom. Very appropriate book choice for the finished mechanism!
This is the only one I’ve seen that I can actually see myself living in!! Usually the bathroom is too small for me and makes it a no-go, but this one is actually pretty big! I love it 🥺

WoW! I really like the unusual pieces that are used throughout your home. My favorite is the hand sink as well as the door to shower & WALLPAPER🤯, who would've thought to do that, how incredibly creative!!! It's so beautiful & cozy. Happy Trails!
Rather than having to secure all the books you could just add a small amount of elastic cord to the front that hooks at either end, I think that would save a lot of faffing about lol, this would my dream home I would love to see how you guys get on please start a TH-cam series.. good luck insta follow for updates

Best bus Conversion I have seen, amazed they did this in £24k, would have thought it be double or more. Awesome conversion.
Always love watching how people utilize space. and that nothing has to be out on show at all times. A simple table pinned down the side of a fridge, and just flipped out when needed, or a coffee table that doubles up as a seating area is another way to create more space for different occasions.. Some great ideas.

We are planning on travelling, but not moving as often as in a smaller van. I have my licence, and the bus has just been serviced and mot'd so we're ready to go 😊

Something to consider. I used cargo netting with just stick on hooks on shelves and cabinet tops to secure items.
