Great review, thanks mate. It’s a great platform for what we like doing here, but the after market support is still limited, most of them, you need to order from the US, AEV and Banks Power are the 2 most popular for American Pick-up Trucks.
I ran a Fab Fours full guard winch bumper on my 2500 and collected 4 deer over the years with no damage to the truck. Highest speed that I got one at was around 75 mph. The deer come out of the woods all the time in the forests of the NE/mid-Atlantic US.
I know a bloke about 15 years ago who had a ute body on a Falcon (and have seen it) who made their own inverted "L" shape positive air ram vent which poked forwarded above the roofline. He made it out of large sized rectangular house downpipe. Kept positive air pressure inside the rear tray with the tonneau cover in place - worked a treat keeping dust out. With all your staff's creative talent as well as access to sheet metal fabrication facilities. you should be able to "cobble up" something most pleasing to the eye, as well as being effective. Retired mechanic, machinist and fabricator in SW Sydney.
@@lesoroszvary5367 The ride is only better when unloaded. Drop 1,000 lbs in the bed and they ride about the same. Plus it's a truck, not a luxury sedan. I wouldn't pull more than 10,000 lbs with the rear coil spring equipped 2500. I have pulled 14,000 lbs with my leaf spring equipped 2500 and stability was not bad. Unfortunately I couldn't load my gooseneck trailer (26,000 lb GVWR) to close to capacity with the 2500, so I sold it and am waiting for a F450 that I ordered a year and a half ago.

You cannot legally remove any part of the emission system and in every country apart from Australia. DEF is known as what it is- Diesel exhaust fluid.
Coil spring rear end is a travesty on the 2500s.
Much better ride than 3500 and can still comfortably pull a big load without leaf spring harshness , horses for courses ultimately
