Asians aren't fussy eaters....those fish were not even gutted...just cook 'em and eat 'em. When I think of Thailand I just think of plastic chairs, plastic tables, plastic table cloths, polythene bags of food, plastic cutlery, disposable plastic food boxes...I've seen so many of these videos that the plastic world of Thailand is large in my mind. As a lover of Ocean my heart sinks....I think they need to discover biodegradable materials...anyway...that's true for every country.
umm yes they were gutted, unless the guts melt in oil you can see that while they were picking out the bones. I agree plastics are everywhere in Thailand which is sad, only better govt aids and regulations could help since non-plastic packages cost more than plastics and most vendors are poor.

All fish in Thai market are from farm. You can very hardly find fish from natural source. Thailand's rivers or canal in provincial area are very clean except in Bangkok. But rivers and canal in Bangkok now a day are very very much cleaner from 5 years ago.
