500 grams of shrimp Squid 1,000 grams 700 grams of crab UFM All Purpose Wheat Flour, Kite Brand (Kite Flour) 1+1/2 cups 1/2 cup rice flour Baking powder 1+1/3 tablespoons 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 300 grams of water
1. Mix fried flour. By mixing all-purpose wheat flour, rice flour, baking powder, salt and ground pepper. Then stir the ingredients together. 2. Gradually add water. Then mix together the flour and water. and has a good viscosity
3. Put the dough in the refrigerator. 4. Prepare the seafood ingredients. By washing and cleaning Peel off the shrimp heads and intestines, peel the crabs, and peel off the squid skin. Cut into desired pieces and set aside. 5. Blanch the squid until well cooked. Then drain the water and wait. 6. Place the flour mixing bowl in a basin filled with ice. To keep the dough fluffy and crispy for a long time 7. Coat the prepared seafood with flour until completely coated. 8. Set the pan over medium heat. Wait until the oil is very hot. Fry the seafood. Each type is fried separately. 9. Wait until the dough starts to set. Gently use a spatula to separate the seafood pieces so they don't stick together.

En mi País México,antes había muchos puestos, pero desde que llegó este Presidente y regala dinero la gente ya no trabaja y como en las familias son desde 3 a 4 que reciben DÁDIVAS pues esta peor la situación,y lo digo por qué cada dia me quitan más impuestos para regalarle a los que no trabajan, y es triste ver cuánta gente floja hay en MÉXICO Y NO SE DIGA DELINCUENTES
