A single bite won't do much to your daily caloric intake. If you eat balanced and exercise regularly, a bite of a goodie is just part of that balance ^_^
If you ever decide to do this yourself, don’t make puff pastry, it’s not worth the laborious refolding process to make it, this dude has a machine to roll it and I’m hella jealous. I’d stick to the store bought puff cause I’m not gonna get those hours of my life back haha

That is actually standardized amount for a croissant normally from what I have seen, it is to get a delicate pastry as croissants are very hard to master.

These aren't geometrically accurate though, croissants means "crescent" these simply aren't crescent shaped, don't get me wrong there's nothing wrong with these, they just specifically ware geometrically accurate
