Watch his school of chocolate - he actually teaches techniques to students. Every TikTok, TH-cam, instagram can be found- it’s all archived. I doubt an amateur home cook is gonna need the recipe to make a 7 foot hammer.

How does he make the chocolate have a gluey consistency so he can bind different parts? It cant just be molten chocolate, right? Does he add something else to it so it can glue other parts together better?
