I dont recommend trying this on asrock b650 pg lighting board those little things are brittle i tried removing one from 2nd pcie slot (exactly as shown in this video) to replace main one since it broke off i was very gentle with it btw. Best solution that i found is if you break it take your time remove all pieces and glue them with epoxy.
Remove it like in this video and try to bent the plastic back like it was when it was new, but you need to take a lot care. But you better let it like it is, never touch a running system ✌️
Why do the make these clips so flimsy? My clip is deformed and the plastic is soft and mushy I didn’t notice it when I 1st built the pc. Only when I went to remove gpu to put a new nvme drive in and every time since then it’s a design flaw on mine the plastic should not be so bendable and jagged like a small animal gnawed on it.
Just jizzed all over my screen, thank you man

Good to know xD 😆
Does this work on the new gigabyte boards with those huge pcie latches Wich are blocking bigger GPUs with thick backplates ?
At last, they are all the same bro.
@@NSC-Modz ok cool so it works right?
@@JJ-gk5tn Yep
THANK YOU

Thank you so much bro. ✌️
Unfortunately I broke it with my card in, what do I do to get my card out without damaging the board?
First of all, try to unlock it, or it will be very hard to get it out.
Otherwise also remove the motherboard from the computer case.
Can i buy this part in a shop for as rock ?
I bet not, just take it from an other board...
Totally saved me
You welcome 😀
Are the same for ASRock boards?.
Sure, they are mostly all the same 🤗✌️
Do you know where I can purchase clips?
Every where from old motherboard's
Does not work on ASRock boards thanks to this video I broke my clip
It conforms always how you handle it. Did the same long ago on an AsRock, worked fine for me...
