I find that your style and methods work best for me. It's very convenient to finish your edges and leave stitching for last. Then touch up edges again if needed. Thank you for another wonderful vid 👍
I know this posting was a while back but I’m just beginning my projects. What is the knife you use to cut the template? About 0:42 into the video. Brass and I like how it’s square versus round so easier to get a grip. Not on your Amazon list but have purchased things off there. Thanks!!
I really love watching your videos, you’re so accurate and calm ☺️ I was wondering what kind of glue do you use to make the wallet. Thank you so much for sharing this 🙏🏻
I need some advice. I have trouble getting clean corners with the Craftool corner punch. When I hammer it into the leather, I get cuts similar to the ones @ 7:30, and I have to cut more leather to try and fix it. Do I need to align the corner punch differently? Should I place it further out so that the side extremities of the blade are not touching the leather (then do a bit of sanding to give the corner a smoother/rounder shape)?
Hey! Although the punch at 7:30 was intentionally punched like that, I have experienced the same accidental punch with the craftool. Ive noticed that the one-sided bevel on the punch tends to naturally curve inward as youre punching. I usually strike the punch 3-4 times and make sure that the shaft is completely straight so that it doesnt angle. Does that make sense?
Hey man sorry for the silly question I’m new to the craft . When stitching round holes do use the same technique as diamond holes eg saddle stitch ? I noticed you just go in and out with out wrapping thread around the second needle I guessing that makes the slant but round holes you don’t need too???? Am I correct sorry I’m a grommet here asking newbie questions
You’ve inspired me to pull the trigger on a set of $inabroks... Just curious as to why you chose to go with punch irons rather than their round dent pricking irons?
You wont regret it. They are amazing. And Ive never really heard great things about the round dent. Ive never tried them but a lot of people say theyre hard to work with
Thanks. You’re spot on when you say the round dent irons are not so easy to use... that’s what I’m realizing the more I read people’s feedback. I’m assuming 1.5mm is most likely the measurement at the widest diameter of the punch tubes?
I love the larger holes and stitching. Very bold and robust. Amazing work!
Yes! Thank you for the sound effects, makes it view much more pleasant
I totally agree! Soothing in a way. Thanks for watching!

Im stoked to hear that! Ive never seen someone else do it this way but I totally agree with your logic. It just seems easiest for me
I’m in love, what a splendid work
Could seriously watch you make all day long. love the way you capture the sound of that leather slapping against table.. maybe a little too much. 😎🔥👍🏿
Hahaha Im glad you appreciate the sounds as much as I do. Thanks for watching!

Another great video.
Thanks Joe! I appreciate it!
Lovely video... a question... when you stamp your logo is the leather damp? Or are you just rawdogging it dry?
Another beauty! 🤙🏼
Thanks my dude!
Quick question. What leather do you usually use? I assume this vegtan. Can you provide weight and type?
Nice as always, very relaxing videos...any tutorial you have for hand stitching?

Do you have any thought on making travel wallet (international bills) for cash, coin, receipt/paper and passport?

Hes back!
Yeeeeeah baby!
Maybe it's just a style choice but any reason for the round holes on this one vs diamond stitches on the watch strap?
Hey man are these buttons just the standard line 20 from buckle guy? I’m attempting this and want to make sure I buy the right ones
great video, thx a lot, during 8:33, while edge finishing, is it water ?

Hey Bryan, how many cards can this one hold? (Maximum)
Hey Daniel! I would say a solid 6-7 cards could fit comfortably in there
Essa ficou linda gostei
I just go buy one.....
Do the snaps interrupt putting credit cards in?
Mall or mallet? Which is better
That thread length gave me a small amount of anxiety. I was 61% sure it was too short, but I know you’re an expert so I that mostly alleviated my fear
Lol Im just flattered you had enough confidence that you weren't 62% sure
Do you sell that pattern by chance?
What size / model is the edge beveler
Amazing! What size thread is that? .35 Maine?
Thank you! That would be the .040 size. Hope that helps!
What size edge believer are you using 0 or 1? Thanks!
This is a size 1. I really like it!
What is that blue cloth? Silk?
