My Homesuit batteries were denied by the X4 after the latest firmware update in September 2024. Still waiting for the manufacturer to send replacement. They tell me, that „they need to do an battery firmware update“ before. Now I ask myself, if the ones they still sell on amazon do have the update already. Otherwise they would have a lot of complaints……?

Do you think the o-rings at the top of battery are causing it?
Or the charging case?
Hey bud, defo the charging case as I checked it with another charger. A shame but still cheap for the 2 batteries alone.
