Hello, I made the exact same installation, but the DJI MIC 2 receiver is visible. But there is no problem in your videos. Why could this be?
How strange, are you seeing the reciever or the cable? Mine was spot on. It's orientated the right way? Has to be down the side of the camera.
Let me know bud, interested to see what problems you are having. I don't work for Cynova though, just review their gear.

@durdalidalgin hi, turn the receiver round so the input jack is on the top instead of the bottom.

Got the silicon covers some time ago and wish I held out longer for this Frame.

what's the difference between the silicon and metal cage? in terms of protection? please enlighten a bit .
@@nighthawk013gaming I haven't used a silicone cage on my X4, this cage is metal and has a silicone lens guard up top.

@@Dreadysays just as a matter of interest, I purchased the proper Insta360 brand (X4) screen protector and could not remove the plastic layer to apply the screen protector. It was like it had been baking in the sunlight in a shop window, impossible to pull apart.
@@BrucieNZ That is strange, mine came off just fine. Check the serial number on it with Insta360 just to make sure you have a genuine one. Or it's maybe a return they sold on and put a different protector on.
The image of the beer alone got my subscription....

Do you use a case to carry around? If yes, does the camera fit in the regular case with the utility frame installed ?
I haven't found a case to fit it yet, but with the cage and lens guard islta really well protected in a standard camera bag. Screen protector on it too or course.
In your video title it mentions the PGYTECH case but in the video you’re using the Insta360 case. I’m confused.
It's the officially licenced case. Made by pgytech for insta360.

Great video , very informative ! I see it is deep tracking you really good as you move around. Did you do the tracking with the app in post processing, or it can do it also realtime with single lens ?
