About a month ago, I decided I wanted to walk across England for charity. I posted an Instagram story, asking about good local causes to do it for. A scoop supporter named Coulton pointed me towards an organization called Send Coffee. This is for them. You can find out more here: sendcoffee.co.uk
It truly is inspiring to see his progress. I am actually the same age as Philip, and spent years smoking weed and doing nothing. Now I've quit it and I'm trying to make the most of my life. Still a long way to go but seeing this stuff is really inspiring
Respect to Geowizard for creating and spearheading this challenge. Everyone should check him out. Very cool to see you doing content like this, Phillip!
@Kevin James we pick up on it, but it's one of reasons we love Philip, not every interaction is perfect and him "oversharing " as you put it takes it from a boring, old, average interaction to something that lady will probs remind forever
Your answer to your favorite movie was extremely brilliant and inspirational. I never thought about what that film really meant and it touched me to hear that. Amazing!
Hey, I just wanna say thanks a shit ton. I was starting to get sucked into this depression spiral & and i watched this video and it really lifted my spirits. Thanks a lot man. I needed that.
Get up and get after it. It might sound like shit and it might even feel like shit. But it starts with going out side. You can't let the sun in with your curtains shut. Love you brother/sister!
This was seriously incredible, dude. This video moved me. This video inspired me. I’m so glad you’re already back at making videos, and I’m so glad the quality is THIS FREAKING GOOD! This is a piece of art. Incredible job, Phil.
When you said “But today, IM NOT GOING TO FOLD!” Phew that was some kind of powerful. Chills. Gave me the kick in the butt that I so desperately need so thank you.
I want so bad to be able to take trips like this one day. I hate the 9-5, always being paycheck to paycheck, not being able to take a day off work. I just want to be able to do a simple trip like this, just walk around a new country, without worrying or being worried about things at home. Shoutout to you Phil. You’ve come such a long way and your journey is incredible to watch. Also huge shoutout to geowizard, the absolute legend of straightline missions, the conqueror the Wales.
I've lived in England my entire life but by just you being yourself you've managed to capture a side of my country that I had forgotten to appreciate. Even in all its imperfection and quirkiness, you've been able to restore some of my pride in my country :')
@@Gweneta Hahaha love this question. These people have arranged these as protests/public debates via social media groups (I think). I guess random people who see them protesting and care enough to object to what they're saying might participate. But no, I've never joined in one. They're usually about religion and politics and most recently about COVID regulations and vaccinations. I choose to stay out of it haha. I saw one in Manchester a few years ago organised by the EDL. There was a group of people who had also arranged to crash the EDL protest/public debate and police had to separate them.
As soon as I saw the title, I hoped GeoWizard was with you. Still, what an adventure, well done mate. Also, madness that you'd somehow walk onto Speaker's Corner of all places. That area is wild...
As a British fan I think you really captured what real England is like. Not the London stereotype you hear about but what England feels like on a daily basis, from the mundane to the slightly less mundane, but still very accurate. Was also great to see you bump into real honest people. Glad to see you doing well and this kind of video is what TH-cam will want to share. Have you seen @geowizard 's staight line videos? Kinda like this but a bit more extreme (like a straight line +/- 20m, probably not advisable after your latest near miss with the law but interesting all the same). Wish I could have met you this trip, but one day. Scoop!
@2:25-3:21 YESSSSS dude! this entire soundbite is so true, keep speaking it! Last year I was fat, anxious and depressed, I asked myself why I felt that way. I was eating fast food, not exercising, playing too many video games and scrolling endlessly on social media, drinking too much alcohol and looking back I'm shocked as to why I was even asking myself why I feel so horrible, BECAUSE I WASNT DOING ANYTHING TO IMPROVE MYSELF. April 1st 2021 I told myself than id start improving on myself, and if I didn't see any results in 30 days id stop. Within days I could already see how much better I was feeling, cutting out the junk food and alcohol was a great improvement. I decided to go to the Drs. as well and she prescribed me some anti-anxiety medication and something to help with my ADHD for a few months to help me get back on track on I was off them in about 6 months. One night I had the crazy idea to sign up for a half marathon that was 4 months away, because I knew that if I had a goal, it would be easier to keep on track. I had never ran in my life before and at the age of 26 (5'8 215 pounds) my first run was a 16 minute mile, I felt defeated but I still pushed myself to do it the next day and the next day no matter how much I didn't feel like it, by the end of the first month I was down 18 pounds, AND I LITERALLY FELT 1000x better, who would have thought. I also started reading the book, "Cant hurt me" By David Goggin's and listening to his story and his podcast clips fueled me into another world, I helped me come to the realization no matter how sorry and sad I felt for myself nothing would change if I did it myself, it wasn't going to come from anyone else. I stayed consistent for 4 months until it was the day of my half marathon, I was proud of my progress but I had doubt in my mind that I wouldn't be able to complete it. The run was tough but along the way I truly came to the realized that effort, hard work and consistency is what you need in life to succeed, the entire run I was replaying all the bad things in my life that has happened to me regrets and mistakes and used that as fuel and told myself the past is the past, it cant change so don't let it hold you back, look toward improving each day and learning from your mistakes . I completed the half marathon in 2 hours and10 minutes. I went from a depressed 215 pound, 5'8 guy feeling sorry for myself to 160 pounds feeling on top of the world in 4 months. I realized why people run and exercise, it literally is medicine for your brain body and soul, truly. My relationship with my girlfriend of 6 years, friends and family , college classes and work life have also improve tremendously and my anxiety is almost completely gone. Even though my life is so much busier with working out and exercising daily, I feel so much more satisfied in every aspect of my life. I'm currently training for a full marathon this fall and I plan on doing 1 half marathon at the start of each month starting May 1st up until my full marathon in the October. I have no idea why your soundbite drove me to write this but I really feel what you said there. Keep up the great videos man! I highly recommend anyone reading this to read or listen to the audio book Cant hurt me, by David Goggins, its been the best choice I have ever made.

Wow this was one of my favourite videos of yours! I couldn't stop smiling throughout every encounter you had, and I was welling up with you when you arrived at your destination. I'm an Irish person living in Vancouver (who was born in England and has spent a lot of time there), so it was surprisingly comforting seeing you explore parts of the world nearer to my home, while I'm so far from it.
Hey Philip, it was such a pleasure to be a part of this! Thank you for doing what you do. Maybe our paths will cross again someday! Wishing you all the best in your future adventures 🤙 - Coulton

goddamn Phillip, there is no other youtuber quite like you. I’ve never felt so connected to a stranger on the Internet. Thank you for always keeping it so real. Love ya man.
Philip, I had to pause about a few minutes before the end of the video to comment this. I can’t even begin to describe how inspiring this is, from not allowing your anxiety to define and control you, to the way you enjoy your own company. I’m not quite sure what I am trying to say, but thank you for this.

this was so beautiful. its like a rebirth in a sense after the hiatus. The average "vlog type" video has almost transcended into a character study and serves as an important piece of documentation of the time. I over analyzed this but i truly appreciate philips work.
God damnit, Bucko. I wasn't prepared to be a huge pussay and tear up watching this. It's a beautiful thing being one of many who have been able to watch you grow as a human being. You've been blessed with this huge do-over in life for a reason. I'm not getting all religious on you, promise. I'm just a firm believer that we all have a purpose and it's all connected and important no matter how small or irrelevant our human minds try to convince us otherwise in the grand scheme of things. Don't forget to take care of your mental and over all well being while you're out here bringing back faith to humanity. 👏👏👏👏❤

I dunno, I guess I enjoy both iterations. You're just a really cool guy to hang out with, and I'm happy to be along for the ride. Thanks for the adventure!
This video was buried in my subscription feed, so glad I spotted it. This may be my favorite video that Philip has ever done. Well made, inspired, and very entertaining.
@@AndrewKidd14145 I mean I have, but seeing his come up made me realize I could live better, and I could be better, I used to play the victim in life, but now I just exist and try to live a better life everyday. I find myself no longer getting depressed, could be that I've aged and that's why, but a lot of it is realizing no one cares what I do, good or bad, so there's no worry of embarrassment or looking like a fool, I make garbage music and I love it, I will admit that acid was a huge part in this, but I found Philip while on acid, and many other great people online. But seeing bsp, and philip, and eazy mac do things that I wanted to do, but was too afraid to actually try, made me want to try. Idk, just seems he impacted me in a way that made my life mean something even if not directly, or deliberately.
Beyond how interesting it is seeing you in my own country, doing something I've always been curious to do, this was a beautiful meditation on existence, purpose and the pursuit of some sort of truth amongst the mundane. Thanks for this Philip!
Philip, I’ve been following your channel for years. Dipping in and out, not a mega fan nor a hater. To be honest I went off the channel for the last couple of years, but I thought I’d let you know that this is your best work. It’s wholesome, impressive and you look healthy and happier. All the best!
You're a real gem. I've been here since VICE decided to go full creative bankruptcy. The personal growth and people you've met are exactly what makes life so special. Your grounded energy is exactly what this world is missing.
A wonderfully quirky tapestry of personal anecdotes, stranger encounters, topical societal commentary, philosophy, and dad-puns. My favorite piece so far. Keep inspiring others to be a better boss to themselves, and nurse those blisters.
just finished watching omgooooosh this was so good!! Congrats on finishing this journey! Valuable lessons learned and shared here and I pray you continue growing and thriving and that you take to heart what you heard on the streets about Jesus. ❤️
Been watching you for a while now Phil, you’ve come a long way!! Super proud of you dude. You’ve got a really smart head on your shoulders, I can tell you do a lot of thinking and you’re very aware of your own thoughts. Wishing you all the luck on your journey 🙏🏼
I love how this was a serious video about the meaning of life, overcoming anxiety and challenging yourself physically, but also fucking hilarious with the bars about poundland and fiat thrown in lmao
Philllipppp I’ve been watching you for years haven’t seen you in a moment loving the face tats thought you were still in CA sending much love from Detroit, MI! So happy to see how far you’ve come and still taking care of yourself.
no joke this was legitimately one of the best youtube videos i have ever seen. you’ve really outdone yourself with this video man like really keep it up.
I was lucky enough to have found you when this whole TH-cam journey began. Back when you were delivering food and just overall in a bad state. It’s very rewarding to see how much you have changed, grown and overcome life’s challenges. Seeing all the highs and lows along the way makes this video that much more amazing. I don’t know you personally, yet I know you. It’s really strange, but watching this makes me very proud of you and is inspiring me to fix the negatives in my life. Thank you Phillip and never stop believing in yourself.
you being in marlborough reminded me of how i lived in a town 30 miles away and met a girl from swindon in the centre. i told her id have my car but i could only use a business van, i got there and told her i didnt have enough diesel to get home, before we had dinner even. she said to follow her and took me through some messed up roads my van hardly fit and disappeared. there was nothing wrong other than the fact i came with some huge van. i ran out of fuel eventually and a nice guy stopped, called his wife to come with a diesel can, they let me follow to the fuel station so i could fill up. wiltshire is a crazy place
3:28 Poundland everywhere. Definitely a simulation 6:26 Philip's face says it all haha 2:09 good message there, the human brain gets comfortable and doesn't want to walk into the unknown. To step out of one's comfort zone. but in order to grow and progress, one has to challenge themselves. also for a purpose.
Proud of you man, just the vibe you give off and the things you are saying here, you can tell what kind of weight has been lifted off your shoulders and just where you are at mentally now. You've come a long way and it's well deserved.
Remember in Phil's last video when everyone was being toxic about the fact that he did that gangbang even tho it was fully consensual. Feel like the same people are in this comments section being all cute again... this dude lives his life to the full and respects everyone on the way, I support whatever he is up to
You have overcome a lot, and on your own for a long time too so it's nice to see you back in your zone. I think you should do more travel videos like this, show us around the world!
Thanks for the motivation, trying to improve myself and get better so this is keeping my fighting spirit up. Would love to do smth like that as well, but probably i would choose another country.

You can see how much Philip has grown as a person. He’s kind of giving me later seasons Jesse pinkman vibes
This video was buried in my subscription feed, so glad I spotted it. This may be my favorite video that Philip has ever done. Well made, inspired, and very entertaining.
Been watching since bite my tounge, you introduced me to golden bsps music, and have made the last 4 years worth while . Thank you.
0:06 man did the simon wilson lol
Nothing in actual life has given you anything worth while. Damn
I'm so proud of you. You are an inspiration 🌹🌹
One of my favorite channels on TH-cam. We love you Phillip!
Philip, I’ve been following your channel for years. Dipping in and out, not a mega fan nor a hater. To be honest I went off the channel for the last couple of years, but I thought I’d let you know that this is your best work. It’s wholesome, impressive and you look healthy and happier. All the best!
Same, I hate him as a person and his videos took a massive dip in quality, but this was one of his best for a while
You're a real gem. I've been here since VICE decided to go full creative bankruptcy. The personal growth and people you've met are exactly what makes life so special. Your grounded energy is exactly what this world is missing.
Everyone’s been really hard on you lately but I’m still here bucko! Keep it up! ❤️ u man
This made me cry. I dunno why but it really touched my soul. Godspeed Phil. Bless you and your beautiful soul. 💜💛💚✌️🤟
This is a beautiful addition to your channel, my mate. Once again, welcome back and happy to see you find yourself and all that. Keep it up!
A wonderfully quirky tapestry of personal anecdotes, stranger encounters, topical societal commentary, philosophy, and dad-puns. My favorite piece so far. Keep inspiring others to be a better boss to themselves, and nurse those blisters.
I love how non-judgemental Phil is to everyone. I really aspire to be at that level of openness.
lovely video man, love you showing all the random people you talk to
just finished watching omgooooosh this was so good!! Congrats on finishing this journey! Valuable lessons learned and shared here and I pray you continue growing and thriving and that you take to heart what you heard on the streets about Jesus. ❤️
You look incredible man, and this video was super entertaining. So proud of what you've become, well done brother.
the most original content creator on youtube, never no cookie cutter/copy and paste non sense. love the work, god speed my man
You are the best Philip. Been watching you for years and never been disappointed. I’m from London and it definitely is a simulation here 😁
I haven't watched you for a while, this was a really nice surprise. And as a person living in the UK I can tell you that it is indeed a simulation.
Been watching you for a while now Phil, you’ve come a long way!! Super proud of you dude. You’ve got a really smart head on your shoulders, I can tell you do a lot of thinking and you’re very aware of your own thoughts. Wishing you all the luck on your journey 🙏🏼
Best youtuber there will be, hands down, i admire you philip, keep it up
Brief encounter is such a good film.
Thank for showing our local pubs n stuff off.
Also hope you’re in a good headspace!
But dude, so proud of you. Good on you mate. You're an inspiration truly.
Great to see how far you've come and how happy you are looking now!
I SWEAR TO GOD! an hour before you posted this I was thinking about you, like damn I hope Philip could drop more vids and you did this right now haha.
This is such a good video Philip. I’m happy you came over and met some lovely people. It’s great!
no joke this was legitimately one of the best youtube videos i have ever seen. you’ve really outdone yourself with this video man like really keep it up.
Great video man, I think you did us Brits proud 👍
That guy at the end sounds EXACTLY like Scott Mills
LOVE YOU PHILIP! So proud of you, my bucko. I can't wait to see more of your adventures.
Had no idea you were in England. You're a legend for doing this, respect.
you being in marlborough reminded me of how i lived in a town 30 miles away and met a girl from swindon in the centre. i told her id have my car but i could only use a business van, i got there and told her i didnt have enough diesel to get home, before we had dinner even. she said to follow her and took me through some messed up roads my van hardly fit and disappeared. there was nothing wrong other than the fact i came with some huge van. i ran out of fuel eventually and a nice guy stopped, called his wife to come with a diesel can, they let me follow to the fuel station so i could fill up. wiltshire is a crazy place
3:28 Poundland everywhere. Definitely a simulation
6:26 Philip's face says it all haha
2:09 good message there, the human brain gets comfortable and doesn't want to walk into the unknown. To step out of one's comfort zone. but in order to grow and progress, one has to challenge themselves. also for a purpose.
Beautiful! You can tell this was a life changing trip!
When the world needs him most he rises like a phoenix...
The hero TH-cam needs but doesn't deserve.
Proud of you man, just the vibe you give off and the things you are saying here, you can tell what kind of weight has been lifted off your shoulders and just where you are at mentally now. You've come a long way and it's well deserved.
Former amateur boxer "King" David Raymond Fergus survived a close range sawn-off shotgun to the head.
Oh shit you came past Bristol? That’s where I live. You’re one of the last people I’d expect to come here that’s sick. Big well done on the walk.
Exacly what I needed. Thank you Philip
Remember in Phil's last video when everyone was being toxic about the fact that he did that gangbang even tho it was fully consensual. Feel like the same people are in this comments section being all cute again... this dude lives his life to the full and respects everyone on the way, I support whatever he is up to
You are very inspirational for many buckos out there Philipp, keep the videos up
When you said "I'm not an athlete bro" I truly felt that lmao, props to you man. As always keep up the amazing work!
Man I really missed your videos love the realness you bring in your videos. No other creator like you man keep it up love the content.
You have overcome a lot, and on your own for a long time too so it's nice to see you back in your zone. I think you should do more travel videos like this, show us around the world!

"my church, is behind a McDonalds" Hmm I like that quote. England IS a glitch
