I am making this sweater but with the pattern of the lizzie blanket. The stitches of the blanket but just making it to my size on all pieces!! It's looking so good.

Would it be reasonable to pick ip stitches along the shoulder (at the front and back) and crochet the sleeve in one - without having to make a seam?
You could if you wish Leslie, but l made this as simple as I could possibly think of, even a basic beginner can make themselves a garment! Anja x

I would love to make it,however,I’m confused as how big to do the squares for the body. I’m a large117cm bust so roughly how many chains should I cast on?
australia1972, lay out an existing garment that fits you well, then make a chain and lay it on the garment, adjust to suit and away you go! Thank you, Anja x
