Thank you i started i made it by starting with 147 this I'm praying for a large 12x12=144plus3 =147. So I'll need two panels. I just love this pattern I'll keep you updated. I been watching you for sometime now. I adore all your beautiful work and designs. Thank you for your time ❤
This just popped up on my notification. I am going to make this as soon as I am done with my other project. Can’t wait. I just love your patterns Anja.
Absolutely beautiful! I am fairly new at crocheting. I believe with your instructions I will be able to do this. ❤ I am absolutely grateful for you and your support. When I ordered from your shop I am amazed at the delivery time being so quickly.
Thank you Anja..i love this pattern..im definitely going to make this after i have finished my beach coverup..also one off your patterns.. love your videos...Nurie from South Africa 🎉😊
This is such a beautiful pattern! Makes a beautiful and breezy popover top, perfect for the Summer but I could also see myself using it as a layering piece over dresses and long sleeve tops in the cooler seasons, too. Perhaps in a sparkly metallic yarn for the festive seasons, too!
Love this pattern. I’m a larger lady so I am going to give it a go but will make a bit longer. Thank you Anja for your beautiful patterns and easy tutorials ❤
Me too. I’m trying to figure up my width. I wear a US XL T-shirt. I’m wondering if I want a tshirt fit? Or a little baggier. I’m not into wearing off-shoulder. 😂
Linda, you need to measure from elbow to elbow, with arms out to the sides, then using the stitch multiples you can work out how many repeats you'll need for your size, if you want it longer, then do more rows! I hope this helps, Anja x

I love this pattern. Has anyone made it using varigated yarn? I don't have any solid color cotton yarn right now, and I was wondering how it would look
I am making this now. It's perfect for the cotton yarn I got a year ago. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but every other row of shells shows the back of the stitches? 😮 Help, anyone?
I must be doing something wrong - if I do row 5 then a row 3 then 4 which is shell row my shells come out on alternate ‘right ‘ side facing should I do 3 rows of loops between shell rows?
Hello, I tried to buy the blush Wendy supreme DK yarn which you used in your pixie bolero but it would not change to United State s after I put my address.
Hi could you please email us about this and we will get back to you as soon as possible. hello@opheliatalkscrochet.com is our contact email. Thanks Anja x
I’m sorry I can’t tell you how many chains, I would suggest getting a garment you already wear, making a chain with the multiples stated in the video and laying the chain on top of the garment, Hope this helps, Anja x
I tell you the multiples in the video, I would suggest making a chain using the multiple and perhaps laying it against something you may have already that is the same size, good luck and thanks for watching, Anja x
As mentioned in the video the multiple is 12 + 3, if you have a garment the same width as you want to create I suggest making you chain in multiples of 12 and comparing the length. Good luck Anja x
By making this longer you have the perfect beach cover up. I love it. Thank you!!
Glad you like it Holly, a great idea! Thank you, Anja x
Too gorgeous!❤ I just couldn't resist this one, Anja. It's gonna be my 4th WIP. Good times!!!! Lol.😂😂😂

Could this be made in acrylic only?
I'm trying to use my stash!
Why not give it a go?
Dear Anja, if I used a lighter weight yarn, how many chains should I do?

I just bought the pattern. Can I use Mandala Lion brand yarn light 3 ?
Yes that should be fine @tamarkohnmarks5394, thank you for your purchase, Anja x
I love this pattern. Has anyone made it using varigated yarn? I don't have any solid color cotton yarn right now, and I was wondering how it would look
I have not made it in a variegated yarn, but I would imagine it would be lovely Kathie, thank you, Anja x

That’s how mine is, too. I don’t mind, though. You’d have to be right up on it to tell.
This is fine!
@@beajannis2968 ja dat is ‘em! Of er is ook een drops die ongeveer dezelfde samenstelling heeft!
@@OpheliaTalks die samenstelling heb ik bij Drops niet gevonden, wel : katoen viscose linnen.

No the shells are facing alternate ways, I just said they were but got it wrong, good spot! Anja x

Does anyone know what the starting chain should be for a size small I can’t seem to figure that out correctly
As mentioned in the video the multiple is 12 + 3, if you have a garment the same width as you want to create I suggest making you chain in multiples of 12 and comparing the length. Good luck Anja x
I did 111 single crochet instead of 123. That gave me 28 shells. Hope this gives you idea.
