I've been binging (watching all your vid in a row) and heard you talk about the PCT. The Camino de Santiago is a walk in the park next to the PCT. There are places that have a 45 degree descent followed in two to three days of a 45 degree ascent and if you don't have it (whatever "it" is) you ain't gonna get it and if you need rescue it will cost you a bunch of money..
Every time I consider doing a ‘cold’ Camino, I imagine the size and weight of my backpack with all the cold weather gear and think… nope! I imagine it was a quiet, atmospheric time to do it, albeit 🥶
