- Wieder einmal kombiniere ich verschiedene Techniken, um dieses Bild zu realisieren. Zum Einsatz kommen unter anderem das Reservieren mit Vaseline, die Folientechnik und das Schablonieren mit einer Papierkante. Auch die Farbpalette ist begrenzt, durch Mischen entstehen wunderbare, gebrochene Töne.
Once again I combine different techniques to produce this painting. I use Vaseline, plastic wrap and the edge of a paper sheet. I don´t need many Colors. Mixing them I achieve many different tones.
Never thought of using vaseline before, thank you for sharing your ideas, I normally find working on paper flat and a bit boring but these techniques make it interesting, I love textured surfaces and layers. Thank you 😊 👍
Love your films. Interesting techniques but not only, most importantly the way you use it! Abstract painting very often treads on dangerous ground of being cheap and tacky. Yours is always so esthetic, well-balanced and tasteful. You have great sense of shapes and colours. And here you painted not one but at least few paintings' version than can well exist at earlier stages!

Brilliant use of all techniques. I use to use melted wax to achieve some of what you achieve but this is simplistic.

Vaseline has a water-repellent and insulating effect, you can wipe the paint applied there after drying
