I have a question on the same topic / acetylcholineesterase inhibitors when treat myathenia gravis , when Acetylcholine is released once an impulse arrive and then transmit the impulse then these acetylcholine molocules won't be metabolized so it will stay in the cleft and bind again to postsynaptic receptors so making another excitation to the muscle and will repeat this until cleared from the cleft, isnt this a fasiculation cause the impulse arrived only one time but excitation occured multiple times

Hey Mr Sherlok Holms , this is not the footage of criminal sites that you are focusing on who, what , where in the background. See the beautiful presentation of educational content and just chill you are normal since everyone can hear but ignore because that is utter nonsense to delibrately point out the things and potraying them as negative...
@@princejamin8748 I am sorry if you got hurt I am just saying if the thing is 99% perfect and there is 1% imperfection, we should ignore that 1%...And this is not the thing of being personal but some principles..Good Day
