I didn't add preservation. As long as you put in fridge/chiller you are good

Can you add add fruits directly or only already made flavors... If yes do you have to cook them
When ready to consume you can add fruits directly and you don't need to cook them
You didnt pasturise this milk, if not preserved, the lactic acid bacteria will compete with spoilage bacteria when u dont pasteurise well
Pasteurizing milk require heating milk to 145°F which I have another video that shows how to do that. This is another quick method to make yogurt
