When you slam a 240, you need to get some adjustible upper torque rods for the back so you can adjust the pinion angle and center the wheel in the wheel arch. If you are gonna drift/race it, i recommend kaplhenke www.bneshop.com/collections/240/products/240-adjustable-torque-rods
I assume if you pre-heat the knuckle the BC housing probably wouldn't go over the 50mm section due to thermal expansion. Loving this series Luca can't wait to do the same to my own once you're done!

Looks sick man! I'm impressed of the detail of the bc manual and that they actually make a kit for this car. You think they would make one for a 360 (the one with volvo motors, not the Renault one.) or both I guess.. :p
Are you satisfied with the BCs? I have heard mixed reviews about them, particularly the rears being too stiff and having a poor spring rate balance. This and kaplhenke are the only two affordable options that arent basic a basic lowering spring and eibach setup, but I'd rather go with the kaplhenke stuff if people arent happy with their BC purchase.
The rear does not appear to be a coil over set up and unless you have assembled them incorrectly then I cannot see how you can adjust the ride height at the rear, could you explain, thanks.
I've seen bc racing coilovers and had my eyes on them. It says for the 1990 Volvo 760, which I have, it says for the non independent rear suspension only versions I believe and I'm not sure if I have IRS how would I be able to tell?
Hey, nice video. But is this set street legal? I dont know how it is in other country, but in Germany we must registered every new Part on our cars by "tüv". Ist sucks but...yeah :D

Did you set the preload on spring? In adam LZ and Taylor Ray, who works for BC, videos they set the preload in other way

Get under the rear of the car and have a look whether its an IRS rear end or solid axle...
940 sedans are irs, 940 wagons are solid rear. 960s have a leaf spring in the rear. I assume same goes for the 7s.
