Have you got any suggestions for a knife like this with stainless steel? Because im looking for something for my fire kit and im not comfortable with carbon steel thanks and another awesome vid!!
I luv my msk 2.5, although I won mine in a drawing, no question in my mind I would buy one if I haven't won it, once you handle it. at first it looks tiny, but, it almost can keep up with larger knives, I carry mine around my neck, and until I checked this video out, I forgot I had mine on me. Don't be hesitant about the size, you can use it in many applications, and after carrying mine for a while now, I say GET ONE, prove me wrong.
Yup, that's going to be awesome batoning chopsticks. For neck knife Blade HQ did an overview on the Blackjack neck knife model 155. Now that's more handy in my opinion than this TOPS MKS 2.5. It also has the awesome 154 cm steel. Check it out. Anyway, I like this overview that Blade hq has been doing. Thumbs up!
my BOB kicks ass! but when you mentioned 'batoning' with this I LOL'ed that 2.74" blade would sure come in handy for that, hahaha nice little knife but more of a novelty item to me personally.
I’m odd man out, I don’t like my msk. Now maybe I got a bad one, because it won’t sharpen, it’s ok for a butter knife, tops said send it in and they’d take a look..
I have heard people saying they have a hard time sharpening these blades, then I heard 1 guy say how easy it was to sharpen. Is it because of the grind or the steel? They claim 1095 is easy to sharpen
nice timing, I just ordered it last night off their site ;)

Love it !
I like this little fella
Whats your take on their powder coating? Debating this one in the video vs the survival one that has no coating.
The power coating holds up, but either way you'll want to keep the steel dry and maintained.
can you piggyback these 2 knives?
