guys im not kidding. If you only need 1 fragrance for your entire life, Percival might be the answer. it can finally end my fragrance addiction (for couple weeks)

@@maddoxthegreatcanecorso7150 to me it is the opposite i tried percival at saks fifth avenue a few weeks ago, the lady sprayed my forearm 3 times and it was enough for it to last 10 hours with the first ones projecting crazy, still i didnt like it enough to spend 350 for it, btw thats a beautiful dog, i love cane corsos.
It has pretty much ended mine. Anytime I consider buying a fresh or blue scent I compare it to percival and then decide I don't need it since percival is always better.

Percival is probably my most complimented fragrance of all times.
Before the video even started I told myself - this will be easy win for Percival. This is just a very common/pleasant DNA with quality brought to the max. No wonder people love it. All PDM freshies are excellent
I just got percival last week. And Aventus cologne this week. 🎉 I’m surprised with how much I like percival. Also out of all the people that do public reactions, I think yours are the best you’re a natural and not awkward at all in the convos.
Just got Percival recently and it is very mass appealing frag..ppl do lean toward fresh/sweet fragrances. Even tho it will remind u of A&F Fiecre or Mont Blanc Legend you cant go wrong with it! Gonna be a banger for the spring and summer!
I can't justify paying $400 for a fragrance that last 30 minutes if you're lucky though

@@dotcom1009 what's your batch code? because I didn't get that performance and it's not really a nose blind thing either because even from the very moment I first spray it on skin all the way to the dry down the performance is weak. Even in the opening I can't smell barely anything. And the dry down is non existent basically it's a 30 min fragrance at best. Whatever batch code you got I need to test that one because i'm not convinced yet

I was quite sure Percival would make it.
It’s easily my most complimented scent by all genders and age groups and it’s not even close.
Aventus is only liked by some of my male friends but Percival gets compliments from everybody grandparents, students, friends, strangers, it’s unbelievable.
If it would just be for the mass-appeal, I would wear only this every day.
Tbh, I think Aventus smells better, but yeah, Percival is just so mass appealing. Might be one of the most mass appealing niche frags out there
Parfums de Marly Percival smells fresh, not annoying, clean, it's perfect for every Situation and it's unique for the most people because not everyone is ready to pay this much Money on a Fragrance.
The best Fresh Fragrance out there its nothing new but it's better then the most.
Percival is such an underrated fragrance and no one from the fragcom talks about it coz they dont get sponsored to do that. But for me it was a love at first sniff. It resembles fierce from Abercrombie but is better, cleaner and more sophisticated. Aventus is overhyped imo.
Aventus smells great imo, but girls dont seem to like it that much. Percival is a blue-type fragrance with some sweetness, so it will be great for compliments
Great video! Percival has been my go to fresh fragrance for a few years. now. I currently alternate between Percival & Elysium! Both are compliment beast, whenever I wear them!

Nice video Max. Sometimes, I wonder if there are cultural differences when it comes to perfume preference. I mean memories trigger emotions. For example, one of the girls on your video mentioned that she liked one of the perfumes less because it reminded her of some Blue Hand perfume that she did not like. Perhaps a perfume that does very well in Sweden may not do as well In India for example, just a thought...

It might be like that with India, but I do think these translates well to Europe as a whole, as well as the US/Canada
Percival is good, but the main problem is that the smell is 90% the same as montblanc legend or Abercrombie Fierce... much cheaper options....
And Aventus smells 90% like Explorer or CDNIM. Whats your point?

Well, after a couple of years debating, I finally just ordered a 9ml decant of the infamous Percival!I I have never gotten my nose on Fierce or Legend.(🤷🏾♂️) So, this will be a new experience for sure!

Percival is my favourite PDM. Mainly because it smells a bit like fierce and that frag reminds me of the first and only time I’ve been to America so I have many fond mementoes attached to the fragrance.

Unfair comparison. One is toned down for office environment and not designed for social or seductive night outs while the other two are not but they are designed to attract the opposite sex with heightened sillage and projection.

Office for men smells ok, but when I wear it I feel that it is way too powerful, like 2 sprays max if more you would choke any rooms you enter in

Interesting how easy Percival won. I tried a bunch of PDM recently and I either hated them... Or thought I might love them... But Percival was just a solid decent one in my mind. Nice, but not worth the high price tag. But then if it seems to be so loved perhaps it is..

In the end the most popular niche fragrances are the ones who smell like well blended/higher end designer fragrances. Percival is one of my favorite niche fragrances.

why do they always say 8/10 ? when you ask them the best they smell on a guy, and the choice is between 3 of the best niche frags ! did all of them really smell better scents than this on guys ? given that 80% of guys spary some Axe or no frag at all, or smell like sweat and cigarettes
Keep in mind Sauvage or Eros beat almost anything in battles like this and most girls probably already smelled those. In truth, if you just wanna get compliments from girls, you are much better off with designer brands (tho Percival is a pretty good compliment geter still).

keep up the good work man, I dont know how Office for men smells like , but I know the other 2. I could have told you as well Percival will win :) Average woman likes fresh , its as simple as that. I honestly dont know where they get the sweet from Percival , Aventus is sweeter in my opinion for obvious reasons. That being said I find Percival to be just average for me as smell, performance is extraordinaire for a fresh I will give it that.
Aventus, while ok, isn’t very appealing to women, if you care about that sort of thing. This video proves that.

I would have used Sedley instead of Percival because Percival is just an overpriced version of Abercrombie and Fitch Fierce.
The only reason people dislike percival in the community is because it is similar montblanc legend and A&F fierce. But percival is the best out of both and made a bit spicier and creamier with the best performance. To me it is worth it at discounters 100% no contest.
