One thing I would suggest though is a better diet which is made up of more things like, fruit, vegetables, nuts, yogurt etc. One thing ive been eating everyday recently is a bowl of greek yogurt, berries, almonds, flax seeds and honey. I would also suggest eating things like peanut butter, Nutella and banana on toast which is good because its very high in calories but it also has lots of protein and fibre in it.

Also be careful using good morning this exercise is a very high injury risk if you don’t do it probably. You should try Superman it will work your lower back better and will decrease the risk of injury compare to your good morning.

No hate. But you need to fix that hip shift in your squat. Could cause an injury further down the road and/or muscle imbalances.
