    You’re making excellent progress Joe. I finished my first bulk last summer, gained 22kg over 18 months and got to around 20% body fat. Although I didn’t feel like a looked particularly good at the peak of my bulk, when I went on a slow cut down to 10% body fat I was definitely able to see the gains that I had made during my bulk. It looks like you’re still gaining a good ratio of muscle to body fat, and are looking a whole lot better than I was during my bulk..! Seen as you’re still progressing well maybe continue bulking until you notice the ratio of fat to muscle gain shifts? I got to a point on my bulk where I noticed that I was pretty much just gaining fat

    Keep on bulking for another year. No one cares bout how u look. At the moment your goal should be to put on as much muscle as possible for the next summer. There is no reason for cutting if you cant go to the beach (corona virus u know). Therefor, just continue bulking and eat as much as u can because when summer times comes, you will look amazing! Keep up the hard work Joe!

    Two quick tips from a personal opinion, don’t have to take them on board but thought I’d mention them based on watching this video:
    1) Try to keep those elbows tucked in nice and tight when your bicep curling
    2) Always fully extend at the bottom too, when your bicep curling

      if you fully extend your arms to the bottom when youre bicep curling, youll loose tension for a split second. same goes for pull ups, for example: if you let yourself hang down completely youll loose tension as well, which is not as good as keeping the tension higher by not using the full range of motion.
      correct me if i am wrong, but using FRM isnt always as good as many say. (im not saying do the trex, just that you dont have to go 100% FRM, but like 95% to keep up your tension)

    Hey man love the vid. Honestly would reccomend checking out Coach Greg's advice on bulking because honestly he preaches maingaining where you dont put on much or any fat whilst still making the same progress. The advantage of this is that you will look good year round and wont have to go through a sucky cut where you may lose your gains. Just an idea great vid tho

    If you aren’t too happy with your current body fat % then try a mini cut that lasts around 10-14 days and don’t lower your calories too much, just enough so you lose a bit of fat. Good luck!

      @@daveycampbellfitness304 having a lower bodyfat percentage does effect your muscle gaining ability. Less fat will raise testosterone and lower estradiol which equates to more muscle gain. But primarily if youre really lean your insulin sensitivity most likely will be much higher than when your all bulked up. That means that you will predominantly shuttle sugars and carbs into muscle cells. If you are fatter your insulin sensitivity will be lower, and carbs will be stored more 50-50 fat muscle, or even worse, they could be stored predominately as fat. So eventually he will have fat to the extent of really slow gains; thus concluding his bulk

    You don’t need to bulk to gain muscle. If you just “maingain” like Dr. Doucette says, you’ll put on the same amount of muscle but less fat and then won’t have to cut later! Either way, great work

    You need Lean Bulk to 90 kg after that cut .But this is a lot of musle so you need 2-3 years don't rush !

    You really don’t need to bulk bro. You can stay lean and build lean body muscle over time. The harder you bulk then the harder it’s going to be to shift the weight when cutting and you could potentially lose some muscle mass if the deficit is big. Look up Greg Doucette. Best coach with the best advice. Cool video tho 👍🏽
