Didn't somebody years ago say the destruction of the rain forest will have a dire effect on the climate but still they carried on chopping it down for greed .nobody ever mentions it now not sure what's going on there now ?.
Deforestation is one contributing factor yes. There are many, and we're showing no signs of reducing any by choice.
Its so frustrating that the media fokuses so much on the coming weeks, saying that it will get a bit worse. They should be sounding the alarm and freaking out. But then again theyre im the pockets of those who have no interest in a falling gdp

Hi Jimmy - I'm the guy speaking in David's story. Oct. 1, 1997 I was invited along with about 100 of my meteorologist co-horts to the White House to hear VP Al Gore speak on climate change. I can assure you I was a skeptic, as were most of those in attendance. But what's happening now was very well predicted. It's hard evidence. I think we're all believers now. I'm 73. This isn't my problem but I am very concerned for humanity. The Earth itself won't care.

We had really good weather here in.eastern AUSTRALIA 2024/24.Temperatures mild for summer with regular rainfall and cool southerly changes.If this is climate change,may it continue!

I can remember when you had heavy storms and rain on one side of Australia and on the other side it was hot dry and burning. Maybe it's time to at least be prepared. Don't be stupid and think that everything will be okay only because it's OK right now
When you take each breathe, remember that it came from trees that are dying. When they are gone, the heat will be the least of your problems.

With the extreme storms we have these days its dangerous to have trees in cities they can fall and crash cars and injure pedestrians so I hope the government would cut them down.
