This is very true, i usually drink atleast 1L a day since water is the only thing i drink everyday and naturally i get thirsty. Most days i drink 2L and some days even more. Some days im not thristy though and ill drink less than a liter. On those days i notice my pee is very yellow. Not dark, but bright and not as pale as it usually is. Still trying to work on drinking atleast 2L a day :D

Cloudy urine #3 is not a representation of being healthy. Cloudy urine should only happen temporarily for the average person, and shouldn't persist. Cloudy can be a sign of infection, diabetes, or a high phosphorous diet which is hard on the kidneys.

I am a nurse and i am telling you that if your urine looks like the 3rd jar you mai have a UTI or some issue that outs a lot of sediment and proteins in your urine.
It has to be yellow like wheat straw colour but transperent/clear
Also that clear pee is a good thing. Your pee is just water. The yellow in it is the nasty fluids in your body being flushed out. That's why the pee function exists.

Cloudy urine (not see-through) is a hint of proteine in the urine which means that you have a UTI or even a renal infection. Piss should be golden yellow and clear.

Small correction,Having your urine as white color is not a problem and you need not to be concerned, We don't loose electrolytes when you urinate more, urine electrolytes are strictly mained by PCT (for Na) and CT or LoH (for K and CT for H), When you are dehydrated a hormone called ADH/AVP gets activated, which acts on your DCT which asks your body to preserve only water (NOT ELECTROLYTE), that excretion is based on purely H2O and doesn't not include any other electrolytes, so drinking a lot of water decreases the ADH, also th ADH acts on heart via V2 receptors, which causes hypertrophy (big heart) which is quite dangerous, hence drinking lot of water actually helps and is good for heart as AVP is inhibited. Care to be taken of water intake if you are on fluid restrictions as incase of CCH or AKI or CKD on AKI or any such disease. I am a doctor and worked under nephrology for some time. A normal of 5L is good enough.

If your pee is clear or near-clear, it does not mean you are "peeing out electrolytes". It means your urine is dilute, and that's it, you're fine. Abnormally dark or discoloured urine can signify health problems, and that's all you need to know about pee.

That third one could easily be a sign of a UTI aswell, cloudiness in urine and a strong smell is a way to tell if you have bad feeling down there or you aren’t getting that burn but it’s also just normal sometimes
