      Yes I think your right and there was a hospital nurse that told me anything in a container to drink has been processed and therefor will be a dehydrated. This is except for water. So fresh is the only way that it won’t dehydrate.

    As a coconut grower, I wouldn't recommend that you drink coconut water more than 3 times a week. It has a lot of carbs, and way more sodium than you can taste. We, who have an unlimited supply for free, go really easy on the stuff. What you in the US have to pay for it is unreal, but the processing, packaging and shipping is prohibitive, for all but the largest growers.

    • @metaorange302
      @metaorange302 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Sodium is actually essential for health and in fact the research points to the more the better. Besides it has the potassium and magnesium along with other minerals to balance out. If anyone is concerned about the carbs especially the fructose in coconut water then opt to ferment it with real kefir "grains" from your local chapter of the Weston A Price Foundation.

    • @markcollins2666
      @markcollins2666 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@metaorange302, the more, the better for high blood pressure! The sodium intake for most people is excessive, as it is. And while minerals are important, they, and vitamins are only needed in minute quantities, in the milligrams. Eat a banana. 3X week is plenty. As my doctor said, decades before Sheldon, "Past a point, all you're doing is creating expensive urine."

    I've been drinking at least 2 litres of full cream milk every day for over 50 years and not only is my weight still great for my height and age but tests have proved my bones are strong and healthy because of the milk, I broke my back in two places when a horse jumped on my back after tossing me and the doctors were surprised how quickly my bones healed. I'm always very hydrated and I would be lucky if I drink any water in summer and none in winter other than what I put in my home made soups. I really don't like drinking water.

    I feel that the coconut water part was definitely misleading, and I will elaborate why, if consumed in excess (which a dehydrated person would definitely do), it can lead to many adverse effects. These include (but are not limited to) electrolyte imbalances to elevated blood sugar levels. Its diuretic and laxative effects which will more than likely cause severe diarrhea ,abdominal discomfort, and/or urination difficulties, keep in mind, Since the diarrhea is high in water, it can cause your body to lose a lot of fluids. This can increase your risk of dehydration. Dehydration happens when you lose more fluids than you take in, so if you take it all into consideration, the X Factor is Dont Drink The Coconut Milk if you are dehydrated! It will only make you even more dehydrated AND you'll be spewing out your butthole simultaneously 😂

    This advise is out of touch milk has casein not beneficial to help . Cows milk is linked to to many allergies mucus forming and often processed . Fruit juices can have way to much sugar but I'm moderation ok. Sports drinks is the worsed part of this advert it is and advert . Tooth enamel erosion try mentioning diabetics the sugar created inflammation and races the adrenal gland . Reminds me of a limited Medical model version of health very limited . Don't go for the sports drinks all seducing flavours sugar lowers your energy use natural sugars carefully ultimately go for organic veg juice Alovera is excellent never mind not enough studies

    This is just a Milk advertisement, they tacked on the rest to look legit. Just like when the organization Dairy Management helped a dying Dominos pizza create a pizza with 40% more cheese and 12M in marketing admitted their pizza was bad, with a government subsidies cheese program. Yup, Dominos was government cheese! Don’t believe me? If you “drink plenty of water and still feel thirsty all the time”, you should maybe consider getting a blood draw and test for diabetes not switch to any of these “alternatives” to water. That’s one of the biggest symptoms. But why dairy? The same reason why grains became the base of the failed FDA “food pyramid” mandatory education programs in schools. Lobbyists from their industry. The Industrial Revolution changed our food supply system entirely. Do you think that 100 years of industrial food production can suddenly change what 160,000 years of evolution has created? Don’t get me wrong I love cheese more then most foods. I’m simply pointing out, most of this is horrible advice, with exception for the liquid IV that’s actually tasty but too much potassium can be bad, moderation. The dairy lobby pays for sneaky adds exactly like this. So if she wasn’t getting paid for all these adverts, I know I wouldn’t work for free, would you? We should all be aware that we’re being advertised to, not being told like it’s friendly advice.

    No mention of how milk has been proven to leech calcium out of the bones. Nor any mention of need to drink water WITH sports drinks or you WILL dehydrate. (FYI, It happened to me.) My doctor told me for every sports drink you drink you need TWICE the amount of water or you WILL dehydrate and your kindeys will shut down. I'm lucky I went to have a check up when I did. Otherwise I wouldn't have my kidneys today. You are giving very poor advice TBH
