@SugarGliderGirl Yes... u can use leather glue... I personally don't think it looks bad or noticable.

Amazing!!! That is so great and versatile!! Imagine adding a heavy jewel or metal edging at the top of the pouch and voila!!! It turns into a cute clutch that would cost around thirty or up to hundreds of dollars in store!!!

The regular thread worked fine for this project. If you are using a very think material than maybe you can consider that and a different needle for your machine :)

@hopefulpotato My needle broke doing it that way b/c I had to sew the material another time to fold in down... but that is also a great alternative if you have a nice beefy sewing machine!!! =D

I made some tiny ones from leather swatches. Hand-stitched them with transparent nylon thread after gluing the pieces. Damn easy and inexpensive.
I'm so gonna use the pouch as a laptop case! :D

zippers come in standard sizes so sometimes it's necessary to buy longer ones. You can buy it but not use the full length ;)
