You outdid yourself on this one!! Not sure I agree that adding that special bottom detail puts this in the “easy” category!! That requires precision of cutting, marking, and stitching. This is a gorgeous clutch bag, very stylish, simple, elegant. The quality of the leather and the workmanship add to its gorgeousness. Thanks for sharing!

HAHNS ATELIER. Yes, I truly enjoyed it. Yes, you did make the pattern simple, which is great! I have not tried to make it yet, but when I do will comment further about the “easy” part😀. You are extremely skilled in cutting and sewing...which two things are the most critical to getting a beautiful finished product. Having a nice pattern (thanks!) and gorgeous leather do help make a nice project, too.

Question: Why use a different glue to the base? Rubber cement? Compared to what looks like PVA for the flap?
That beside, I really love the design, and the leather is gorgeous! Excellent work as ever!
Thank you for saying that, the reason is there are different functions. Here is the glue that I use usually Hope this helps!😊
1. kenda bond
: yellow, chemical smell, very strong, low price
2. intercom ecostic, high price
: white, no chemical smell, thin
3. Instant adhesive
: race, braiding, metal hardware (rarely)
4. B5 bond
: Beige, Thick, using for lining.

Hello Margaret! Thanks for your support! It was Tokonole (leather burnishing cream) It makes fresh side of the leather smooth (or edges). Hope it helps! :)

I have a question about your patterns, I have been seeing it a lot on tutorials that say you can't use the patterns for commercial use or to make a profit, what is the reason for that? I'm not familiar with all the legalities of this time of thing do I am curious

I using Korean brand cutter. It's just normal utility knife with 30 degree blade :)
