I don't think its a good idea to promote t10 cricket. T10 should be promoted only to get people learn about cricket. But it should not be a part of ICC official matches. We should promote t20 at huge level. And change 50 over cricket into 40 over cricket with 40 overs divided in 2 innings of 20 over each. So odi cricket will have a mix of test as well as t20 cricket 😉

One of the big problems with smaller teams is that ICC loses a lot of money by promoting cricket in poor, corrupt countries instead of rich countries with less corruption.
