    This is a follow-along workout with four exercises for your shoulders.
    I think these exercises are a foundation for anyone starting out learning effective movement patterns for their shoulders and not to rely heavily on their trapezius muscles.
    If done correctly this can help take pressure off of your neck and shoulders.
