It's supposed to increase your sweating, which means more fat is burned when you exercise.
The commercial is total bullshit, though. It's only effective while exercising.
The whole idea of the suit is to get some water weight out of your body via sweating but the effects are temporary and you regain the water weight when you drink anything that is a liquid

I finally figured out what they were talking about in the You and Your Johnson commercial. They were talking about the speedboat that they're all in. Apparently, Johnson is the name of the speedboat. Now you all can stop wondering what the hell they're talking about. Because now you and I know, and knowing is half the battle.
I always wanted a lite-brite as a kid. Maybe its because I never actually had one or maybe I was too young, but making dirty pictures with the lite-brite never actually crossed my mind until watching this video. Man I missed out.
