Honestly, I find the Johnson commercial funnier because at least with a name like "Wunder Boner" and seeing the product itself, you can get an idea what it is and why it could be named that way. I'm assuming the Johnson is a boat, but they never really make that clear, and that's just what makes it funnier.

To be fair, it did take me a fair few watches of that ad to notice that the people on the boats were turning the engine to the side to show you the company name on the side, they never really outright say what in the ad is the “Johnson”.

When I was a kid, I used to be disappointed when video games didn't do like they did in the commercial. I seemed to believe that you could actually go into a total virtual world, rather than say stare at a screen and hit buttons. But then again, I was seven.
+Nate When I was 7 I believed I was some sort of animal. I growled, bit people, and chased rabbits and squirrels. 7 year olds are kind of dumb sometimes.
I watched Barbie and the diamond castle when I was 6 and thought that the castle would rise for the lake that was by my house. God I was dumb.

That's normal. If a parent is with his kid, he or she may tend to call people by the name their kid would use, e.g. "Mom" for wife, "Grandma" for mother, or "Uncle" for brother.
well I understand that, but normally when a parent is talking to their kid, not when having a casual conversation, at least in my case
my parents didn't do the same thing. they reffered to themselves by their own names like they did w/ me, but they also reffered themselves as ''your mom'', or ''your dad'' when talking to me. why I replied to this comment, no fucking clue.
My parents do that all the time.
I call my sister and brother-in-law Mom and Dad when I'm visiting them and their kids (who are no older than 4).

As a matter of fact I remember seeing that exact one about 8 years ago.
Apparently, here in New Zealand we don't have a representative office for Milton Bradley.
Milton Bradley as a company went defunct years ago; the Milton Bradley brand name (as well as the Parker Brothers brand name) are now owned by Hasbro
This was the first Nostalgia Critic video I watched, that was around the summer of 2013, and it took me a year to see all his older ones. Good times.

Almost a year after first learning of it, and I'm still baffled that Dino-Riders never caught on. I mean, seriously, imagine that concept turned into an action-space-drama anime or something. That would be incredible!

When it came out, Aliens had been out for two years, Transformers was still going, GI Joe was still ever present, plus many more. We may have just been burnt out or saturated on action rich awesome toy lines and their imitators so any new IP would need a massive marketing push which Dino Riders just didn't have

I was born too late in the 90s (November 1999, just to give you and idea) so I didn’t get the chance to experience these things, Dino Riders does sound like a badass concept on paper and it’s such a shame a more modern company hasn’t tried to bring them back and try again for a newer generation or something.
