Our India is the only country in the whole world where. Foreigners are listened to first, whether the foreigner is wrong or not, but the foreigner's words will be heard first and only his words will be considered true. In India, the police support the foreigners a lot because in our India, the foreigners are considered God's people. It is believed that the police does not support the citizens of India as much as they support the foreigners, no matter what kind of complaint they make. First priority is given to foreigners!

    1. When anyone says don't film, it means they are doing something ILLEGAL and don't want it to be recorded as proof.
Except when the cop/officials tell you don't film in metro etc.
    2. You cannot scam a honest person. You can only scam someone who is looking for a "bargain".
    3. Someone advice you to go to pre paid taxi to AVOID the scam, but you chose to ignore them and wanted a good "bargain" and ended up into a classic scam trap. Karma.

Or best option take metro from airport it is fastest and convenient (that help you all over world while traveling )

For train related inquiry, always visit IRCTC site which is a government site as railway in India is totally owned by government. You can also call police for such situation. And for checking the prices of any private vehicle, always recheck the price with the local citizen of that place because they will tell the true prices for that area. And whenever you will visit again, please also travel with Vande bharat
train (Semi Bullet train of India). 🤗

I feel like you guys came in very prejudiced in India. Like you just went and looked up only negative news and Places .
I don't understand obsession koreans have with Varanasi. They think that's entire India. I hope everyone knows , India is a big country. My state doesn’t even have ganges. It's only in North India.
It's not a tourist spot, it's a holy area. It is not for tourism. It is very small small town in an very underdeveloped place. It is in one of the worst performing states in India.
People think that's entire country, which is so wrong. India is very diverse, every state has different language, culture etc, and there is so much to see apart from tajmahal and varanasi.
Don't get me wrong, I am just curious as an Indian viewer and also frustrated. I have lived my entire life in India and I have never been to Varanasi. Will never go as well, it is not that important
It is in very small town in north India. India has amazing planes and places in North east, west, south India , there is so much to explore. There are so many amazing cities as well apart from delhi . I don't understand why would anyone go to Varanasi, at all. It does not represent true India.
Also apart from Varanasi, you can travel with Uber and ola everywhere. Ask locals they can help, india has many travel options from metros, to ubers. Even ricksha (tuk tuks) are on uber. So please travel with ease and spend money.
India is not that cheap, the amount you pay , is the type of services you get.
So don't go cheap on food, travel and rest. Money guarantees travelling ease and safety around the country. I am glad you chose 1st class , and did not for general compartment.
You are already paying so much coming from korea. So don't go for cheaper options in india. If you are really here for travelling, not to make agressive content. Research is important. I hope this helps, welcome to india. If there is any more help, you can always contact locals or ask us.
Ps- there is no such thing as "curry" in India. It's a british concept and word. They couldn't pronounce our dishes, so they started using "curry ". No one in India understands "curry". So please you can research and check original names. What you ate in train was Daal (lentils soup).

Even a year wouldn't suffice to fully embrace the splendor of this diverse country. Overall, we sincerely cherished our time in India, and it's a destination we look forward to revisiting in the near future.

@yaltta Thankyou so much for understanding. It's just that I have seen so many youtubers coming here, especially for that kind of content and making views on it.
      People are quite prejudiced.
India does many issues, and I am so sorry you had to face that on your first day. As the country progresses, this will go down.
Since handling 1.5 billion people is not easy with so much diversity, but the younger generation is hopeful, and as more people get educated, things will improve uniformly across the country . Younger generation is more on the internet, so people are becoming even more aware and we are also trying to improve our society as well as, if possible help tourists who come here. I hope you enjoyed your stay, also hopefully those bad experiences didn't taint your stay here.
Do visit South India - Tropical backwaters are amazing, food is great as well. Also, the northeast is purely nature and a very peaceful place. I will share your videos with my friends for awareness and complain about those people, if anything happens please make sure to record the car number, if you put it on internet, As more Indians are getting active on internet , we can reach out and help you out .
So do share this with people coming to India - To record everything , just in case. We can complain to officers and curb them out, this also helps us track them down. Thankyou🙏

Among most foreign youtubers, I have noticed a strong prejudice and stereotype coming from Koreans. They are so wrong on so many aspects of India. Maybe its due to their media and early youtubers who show typical stereotypical content for views sake. When they go to other places in India like Leh, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Goa, Kerala etc they always say "This doesn't look like India!". This shows the level of stereotypes they have been accustomed to. With more Indians consuming K-content there is a big interest in Korean youtubers travelling in India and with some exceptions most of Korean youtubers tend to show and focus on negative aspects of things which increases the negative stereotypes further. The statement at the beginning of this video "India is the country I fear the most. If I can travel in India, I can travel anywhere in the world!". I mean seriously ??? What have you guys been listening to and seeing? Its frustrating for viewers in India. How come if India is dangerous there are so many single Koreans (male and female ) travelling in India? You have to ask this yourself.
As with any country, India has its issues and it gets blown out of proportion by the foreign media. If you have such negative prejudice maybe do a a little more research and be prepared for travelling, just like you would do for any country. The taxi/tuk-tuk scams are well known and well documented. So a bit of common sense goes a long way in dealing with those. It looks like these people come to India just to show the dirty and messy streets of Paharganj (which locals try to stay away from), Old Delhi, Varanasi , Rajasthan etc.
"Is there a problem for women travellers in Korea because there are hidden cameras everywhere in hotels and washrooms which are then sold online? ". Now you if you ask an Indian they will say no way whole country cannot be like this due to some incidents. Its just common sense.
Hope you focus on the positive sides as well along with the negative things.
You should know one thing. As more Indians are seeing and consuming content from Korea, one thing is slowly emerging that Koreans have a really negative view of India. it will take a long time to break this stereotype as its already entrenched in their minds that India is a dangerous country to travel. yeah right.

    • @kavtri6473
      @kavtri6473 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

@NutriApp This is 100% true, it's so weird. Like many foreigners come to India, but it's particularly from korea that they have very strong prejudice and stereotype. Also their browsers and media doesn't help, they are also in korean. Also I don't know, since India has been rising, China all around the world, especially ccp has been funding media houses with all the bad videos of India and news. Like did you notice , the moment Apple decided to move to India, the amount of " bad indian street food videos" increased. Tiktok is Chinese app, they literally set the narrative. India has always been the enemy. Now more manufacturing goes out of China, this will increase. Brace yourselves. There is a reason India banned Tiktok but because of that CCP has taken advantage.
Also china has lot of reach in East Asian media as well, just like Saudis, they pay media alot.
They keep replaying 90s india videos and only bad things. So they are very out of reach from the entire world. There is so much misconception and let's be honest, racism as well. Someone commented on this video " you should not trust 95% of Indians ", like what??? A country of billion people,?? Largest population on earth?! , how can someone say that and get away with it...
It's so weird , since they have homogeneous society, they tend to think india is homogeneous too. They don't realize how diverse India is. It's literally if Europe was a single country. Sometimes indians are also ignorant towards South Korea. I hope understanding between countries, cultures increases. So that we can understand each culture better, we do live in a globalized world.

Always, use paid taxis at airports, city, train stations etc. and make note of the taxi or cab number. As foreigners, keep help phone lines always handy.

Its sad that you were scammed just as you landed in india. But india is country of contradictions. People can be very bad or very nice. Very dangerous or very kind. Super rich or dirt poor. Hope you will be cautious afterwards. And yes camera is your biggest stength.
