Rick. Very important question here. Should we get a LLC prior to starting this? I mean if we dont then we have to change our email, socials, and suff later. It would also protect us if we get sued, right? Because the business would get sued and not us personally. Or should we get a few deals in THEN get a LLC?

The buyer usually has 48 hours from the date the contract is signed to send EMD to title/escrow company.

You don't need a LLC right away. Get it after you close a deal.
