The Prime Lite is great. Rock solid and will last a lifetime for sure. As for the seat it seems like Sparco makes the seats for GT Omega because of how similar they are. The Sparco R333 seat was about $100 more than the GT Omega seat, I bought the Sparco because GT Omega is always out of seats for their cockpits.
Was very easy to install on my aluminum GT Omega Prime Lite cockpit. I added Sparco seat sliders from Amazon so I can adjust it easily forward and backward. The cross rails for the tracks can be adjusted to the exact width for the Sparco R333 very easily. I added the seat sliders to the R333 seat then mounted the seat and sliders to the cockpit. I left the bolts on the cockpit rail loose so I can get the width and center perfectly.
