Hey you guys, I just started doing these workouts every day for 4 days now, also with a yoga mat but somehow doing some of these exercises are sort of uncomfortable (my coccyx really hurts and my whole back/bottom area starts feeling numb which sometimes stays for hours). Also I have really stiff muscles afterwards. Can someone please tell me if that’s normal as a beginner or should I maybe do a checkup at the doctors? Ty for all answers (in case anyone answers lol)
some of them are uncomfortable for me to, like laying on the side of your hip. for me it hurts my bone and i have to readjust or modify it. im assuming the floor exercises on your back are hurting your coccyx. if you’re using a yoga mat and stretching beforehand, but still feeling prolonged numbness, it may be a good idea to see doctor.
For me, I also have to reduce calories to get good results! remember that we have different body types so this may work faster on some and it might not work fast on others❤️

It might be that you're not engaging your core properly. Make sure that your back is flat❤
