WILL IT RUN?! Scrap Yard TCM 25 Forklift

Well, after editing and watching this video, it does look like the fan was advancing when I was hitting the key. On Monday, I will check a couple more things, and maybe put a starter on it if needed. If I have any luck, I'll make a part 2!

Just to give you a heads up for in the future I don't know if you're aware but if you need any tools boss if you look in the welding building I've got a toolbox with some tools and hammers I've gathered up over the years there in the back corner of the welding shop great little video hope your having a good weekend see ya tomorrow 🇺🇲✌🏻👍🏻

E brake on and in neutral? Possibly operator seat safety. Sounded like a reverse beeping signal. Awesome to try and save it.
