Hey Atozy, I’ve seen rumors floating around about Established Titles saying that they can’t actually sell land in Scotland and the transactions to “own land” there aren’t actually recognized by Scotland, and also that the “Lord and Lady” titles aren’t actually recognized by them either. Supposedly it is actually very difficult to get an “official” lord or lady title in Scotland and there is a whole organization in charge of doing it and also recognizing anyone officially with the title.
I can not confirm if this is or isn’t true but I’ve seen a number of people talking about it due to Established Titles push with advertising through a lot of TH-camrs lately. Just thought I’d pass it along to you, might be worth looking into to see if that’s actually the case or not. Again, I can’t confirm if this is true, I’m just passing along what I’ve seen others talking about. I’d think if it was true there’d be a disclaimer on their website at least, but I haven’t checked yet.

Edit- after a few google searches, it does in fact seem like what I heard appears to be true. Everything is “for fun” and not “officially recognized” by Scotland, which actually is within the fine print of their websites.
Also many people have noted that you can not actually use the Lord or Lady title on any US documents like the website says, so it may be worth looking into a little further. It does seem like they are doing it with the intent of using the money to plant new trees though, so that’s a plus I guess, but I think they’re a little misleading with the explanations of what they’re selling. Anyway, just an FYI, but anyone interested should do their own research as well.

@@cassels23 well for starters a channel by the name "Neil" did a great breakdown of the video. But essentially, you are "buying" a piece of land a total of 10 square feet. This land of the company doesnt want you to visit, nor will they let you change it in anyway. The government there also will not allow you to have the title lord or lady without registering land. To register the land, it has to meet a certain amount. The 10 square feet you get is not large enough to meet that requirement. And finally, 50 dollars for a pdf of your "title" which include numberous spelling mistakes, as well as referring to the queen as things other than the queen. You only get a paper copy if you spend an extra 30 dollars plus shipping. 80 dollars for a fake piece of paper that has no inherent value, no ability to resell, no benefit, and no ability to do anything like add lord or lady to your license. Its a literal scam so many youtubers are promoting

I used to watch KSI a lot, Deji made them a good double act when they played horror games, but I went off them around the time the Sidemen stuff started. You could tell that it was less about being fun and entertaining and more about making as much money as possible, which is fine, make that money, but it isn't entertaining to watch. Their neighbours seem to hate them too, so they don't seem like a likeable family.

Deji does not owe Kavos 10,000. You do not know how the law works. Kavos should’ve done more research before exclusively citing Deji for subbotting. Also the site that the subs were bought from is not a subbotting company. They literally getting people to sub to his page based off campaign promotions, so it is technically not subbotting because that means that the accounts were legit. Also why are we blindingly taking Deji’s ex girlfriend’s word as bond, she has gone on the record to say that she hates Deji for not “properly defending her against the internet”. This video has so much misinformation that is crazy. She is coming off as a scorned women, even though it was a mutual decision to break up. Men this is why you don’t let women into your life entirely unless you plan on spending the rest of your life with that person. Also practically no one would believe him or his dad if they stated that he did it. Which is why he probably still went ahead with the suit even after his parents told him the truth. If Deji dropped the suit it would have made him look even worse, because he already filed the lawsuit when he was informed with the supposed truth. You are very bias the video, Deji had every right to sue and he won because there was no evidence to suggest that he did what Kavos claimed. Keemstar and Kavos were in the wrong for falsely accusing him, they are suppose to be a source of reliable news. It is their duty to tell the truth at all times. Also the suit had to happen because the Olatunji household were receiving death threats and were being harassed on their own property because of the accusations. While kavos and keemstar were lowkey encouraging those actions. I like how you conveniently left this part out of the video which is why Deji sued kavos in the first place. Also the

Most of this stuff happened 2+ years ago, it seems kinda stupid to bring it up now that Deji is at his most relevant. Also his ex-girlfriend is not at all a trustworthy source, she was exposed as being racist against black people (i.e deji) on a livestream, and has already made up other fake claims before.

The piece of Scotland with a certificate and a tree isn't real. One really obvious thing is how is everyone gonna get a tree on one foot of land. A sapling fine but a grown tree BS. A few of the companies of this sort that you may have heard of include Highland Titles, Scotland Title, Scotland Titles (which is apparently a different company), Established Titles, Laird Title, The Scottish Gift, and so on. I pulled these titles from an article as I will pull more from and list the article name and author. Furthermore, even if it were possible, merely owning one square foot of land would not make anyone a “lord” or “lady” in any sense. Like Roman law, Scots law holds that real property ownership is absolute, meaning the owner of a piece of property owns all rights whatsoever to that property and they cannot transfer some rights to the piece of property to another person without transferring all the rights to it. A sale of land in Scotland is only legal if it is officially registered with the Land Register and, in order to register a sale of land, the sale must abide by all the requirements of Scots law. As it happens, the Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012, Section 22(1)(b), specifically prohibits the sale of “souvenir plots” of land.

Anyone who’s watched Deji before KNOWS that he and his brother are competitive and have big issues with one another. They fight often (or fought often) and would always rub any win in each other’s faces. When I saw this I immediately just saw it as a sad situation rather than reputation destroying. It would make sense why Deji was always upset and angry. Not because he wasn’t grateful. But because he didn’t feel good enough compared to his brother.
I believe his parents bought the bots because one of the first big fights that tore their family apart was in relation to the two brothers being competitive and it going wrong.
As someone who used to watch Deji’s channel, I just wish his competitive side with his brother didn’t continue to impact his mental health as much as it has. He is good enough as it is! They both are hard workers.
