Out of all of the Street Fighter II soundtracks, this has to be my favorite one to listen to! And I also like that Capcom added this soundtrack in the 3DO version of the Super Street Fighter II Turbo, (with some new music that wasn't in the FM Towns version of Super Street Fighter II) Street Fighter Collection 2, and Hyper Street Fighter II The Anniversary Edition. Thanks for uploading this soundtrack!
It was also used for the intro for Street Fighter Anniversary Collection for PS2 and Xbox (the Hyper Street Fighter II/Street Fighter III 3rd Strike bundle).
I never cared too much about Dhalsim's theme, but this one...just wow!! Beautiful!! Im almost tempted to hop on the next plane to New Dheli after hearing this!! Thank you so *very* much for uploading!!
@Khan Afridi The 30th anniversary version are all the original arcade versions only. The FM Towns arranged soundtrack was only used on CD based home ports for the most part. Hence why there were some people who complained about not being able to play as certain characters in Alpha 3.

(I think it might be an option on some of the CD/DVD home versions as well) The FM TOWNS was definitely an interesting console, I'd read about it in game magazines back in the 90s. Seemed way better than the SNES (Super Famicom) or Genesis (Megadrive) at the time!
FM-Towns looks cock'n. It was a computer, not a console, so it seemed a lot more powerful. It got flooded with porn games that killed it unfortunately. But it is known for having many great versions of games, like this and Galaxy Force 2.
Much better than the Ultra SF2 crude, and definitely better than the SSFT HD Remix soundtrack. Hyper SF2 on the PS2 got it right when they presented the option for 3 sets of soundtracks - CPS1, CPS2, and this.

In 41:50, this track was later use as an intro for Capcom Generation Vol.5: The Fighters/SF Collection 2 on PS1 & Saturn.

@@rickgrimes3479 Pretty sure FM Towns was the vanilla version, it came out earlier. 3DO port came after. 3DO is a port of the FM Towns version.
