Even after he corrected her, she repeated that he was "poked in the stomach." This despite the fact that the perp admitted he "did a pectoral jab with [his] flashlight." A pectoral jab shouldn't be anywhere near the stomach, because that's not where the pecs are. She repeated this misstatement so often that she had the victim saying it, too. That's at a minimum poor policework, and it's easy for a cynic to impute bad motives from it.

Now i know we consider anyone under 25 and sometimes even just 20's and under in general as children. Especially when looking from a 50 year old point of view. However, when people normally talk about children playing outside, we mean small children of middle school to younger ages. We do include teenagers in that mix sometimes. However, definitely, once they are 18 or out of high school you can't still view them as just children playing outside. At that point they are young adults playing outside, which sounds not as good

Criminals do criminal things, they think and act like criminals, etc. Normal people do not do such things. You can see the handwriting of criminals everywhere in the government. I feel like there’s a loophole here that doesn’t get enough discussion:
When anyone in law enforcement is beyond the retirement threshold, they feel invincible. This altercation did NOT cost Cecchini his job - he was put on administrative review and then VOLUNTARILY retired in order to keep his pension, which they don’t take if he isn’t dismissed. Then he took a sweetheart deal with prosecutors he has probably known for decades, lost a law enforcement license he wasn’t going to use anyway, and in this particular case (see ABC 12 article on this) the lawsuit was paid out by $75k by taxpayer funded Michigan Municipal Risk Management Authority (state’s insurance, even though he was off duty) and $15k by Cecchini’s personal State Farm policy.
Chief Cecchini did not even get a slap on the wrist for this. It’s disgusting.

They always do. Ask any rape victim. Many describe the police reporting a second assault.

What’s with the threat to his son? 33:55 “…. contacted by the athletic department because of the behaviour of his parents…” So his entire kinship is under suspicion now? And that’s not retaliatory??? And C+???

The officer threatens the man's son, and this channel ignores it and gives him a grade of C+?
      Disgusting.

14:14 look how he holds the flashlight. He flipped it ready to beat his brains in if he swung. Smart young man.

2:48 "You wanna make out? I swing both ways bro", is one of the most hilarious things I've ever heard said to someone getting in another's face!

Threatening that his son would face consequences. Was the most offensive.

That second video is a great example of the fragile ego of cops. They could've had the right to detain him way before he said "Kiss my ass." They got their feelings hurt and decided to retaliate and cuff him. Then the one cop wanted to argue repeatedly instead of answering his question, and got mad at him for literally turning and looking at things around him. And then to give him a citation for obstruction instead of trespassing?!?! 🤯 A decent lawyer should absolutely be able to get that dismissed! Soft little piggies. 🤡

I bet the fine for obstruction is way more than that of trespassing. Also, there was a greater chance to beat a trespassing ticket than an obstruction ticket (especially if the cop had already verified he was in charge of that construction site.) It must be nice to be able to pay your way out of trouble than fight a ticket.

He probably didn't show up to court. If he wasn't required to make an appearance the default judgment when the person doesn't show is a no contest plea. Wisconsin statute 345.37
