The authority already knew about the scam and how they work, they will not prosecute someone who is innocent and not part of the scammer organization. In fact, if a few million of us do this within the next 3 months. The scammer will go broke faster then they profit. I personally have counter scam them over $600 in 7-9 separate incident. How I wish more people would spread this and do the same making the scammer pack their bags and stop using this lame tactics.
i always scam all the scammers that approach me, there are free money, i got 15-30 sgd each time a scammer approach me, so nice of them, just remember not to deposit any form of money and you will not get scammed. no deposit you will not lose anything.

Whilst it is true that many online scammers scamming people in Singapore are not in Singapore, I am sure that plenty of them are also in Singapore and I have read some articles about Singapore-based scammers being arrested. However, for overseas-based scammers who have scammed and are continuing to scam people in Singapore, I personally think that the Singapore police should cooperate with the relevant police authorities in whichever country the scammers are based in so that they can track them down and get them sent to jail. We can’t afford to have the police keep saying that “it’s outside of our jurisdiction so we cannot investigate further.” Police in Singapore need to cooperate with police in any and all countries in the world to fight scammers and arrest them. Similarly, currently Singapore Police say that if money went overseas then they can’t recover but I think they must work with authorities overseas to help scam victims recover it. I think that scammers should be given the death penalty even in countries which don’t have the death penalty. Having been a victim of scam myself and having had one of my accounts hacked into and with the person using my account to impersonate me and send scam messages to others, it has been a very painful and traumatic experience. I was only able to recover that account 1 month later. Also scammers are ruining people’s lives and making them go broke and loose their life savings. People have gone into depression and have had their mental health ruined after being scammed. This needs to end once and for all and an extreme measure like a death penalty is a good way to help scamming end once and for all.
Better don’t participate in anything with these scammers. The money source is likely from the victims or money laundering. You would not want to take such kind of money at all.
I fell victim to the same scammer, sent few K, never got back. Now I'm suffering. How I wish your video had been out few months ago so that I wouldn't fall prey to this 😢

Nice and fun video. But however, we should not take this opportunity to scam the scammers also. Cos in case the police link the account to yours, you may become a accomplice too. Also, it is giving extra work for police to do their investigations...already so hard to catch the mules or scammers.
ScamShield can only filter SMSes and block calls from their list of blocked numbers. But scams are on all sorts of platforms eg social media like Instagram, Facebook and other other websites and apps like Carousell, Amazon and so much more. There needs to be an app which can detect messages from all platforms and can identify whether messages from your friend are actually from a compromised/hacked account etc.
@Kelvin I use to block such message in past but after watching this I got exited 😈to get some money from scammer. Got 23 SGD for now. Lets see how it goes tomorrow Edit ended up getting 32 sgd in total

you guys are making it difficult for investigations to be carried out. I disagree that seniors are at risks. It is the educated and kay kiang or greedy people who will be scammed. Bank accounts receiving money from mule accounts should be investigated as well.
GREED and FEAR are 2 common weakness would exploit on potential victims. Also, we have always remind ourselves why we deserve such good deals. In other words, 凭什么?。
i already got replies from scammers using your handsome pic to ask me to take out $$$ for investments...the site and name looks almost same as yours plus your pic which make ppls thought is you giving good investment lobangs 😅😆😁🤣

Be careful about receiving money from scammers this way. Your bank account could get frozen by the bank or authorities for investigations.
so the bank can freeze normal citizen acc but can't freeze scammer bank acc

You should never let a scammer send you money, because you might be accused of money laundering or frozen because it could be gotten from a crime.
