- This is one of my methods I use the Craigslist to generate huge profits. People will always need to liquidate stuff and you need to tap in to this market.

i just started eBaying. I had this ad running for months. My first response sold me 33 pr. of jeans, New with Tags, for $100. ($3 each) My average for the first 3 sales on eBay was $19.92. I lost on one auction, at $8, which was a net -$2, but that is an R&D cost I can accept, I won't sell another that way. I have also sold 2 more since at $24. I specifically just computed my sales average on this. I have sold 7 pr. My average is now $19.57, and my range is $8 to $24.99, all with free shipping. I have 10 feedback, all 100%, and 6 are from these jeans. I thank you.
Yeah but who buys jeans that worth 3 dollars for 100$? Story sounds off.
@@barristanselmy2758 3x33 is $99, and I handed him a $100 bill. I stated I sold them at $19+ each. over 6x per pr.

I once got a huge room full of computers and printers, and cables for $100!! There is deals out there if you can store the products and move it fast!!

I like what you are doing. I always hate it when I hear people say a man just can't make it these days. With a little imagination and a fair amount one can make a good living. Punching a clock for a paycheck is not the only way to make it in this world!

Your at the mercy of Amazon. While I agree sending things to Amazon to have them handle everything through FBA is great, there is still up-front work in prepping and shipping it to their warehouses, the Amazon commission fees. If it doesn't sell you get the long-term storage fees. There is a lot of info not being told here. You may have paid a $1 and sell for $20 that does not mean you will be making $19. I don't think people take their time into account, plus the cost of shipping to get it there, plus Amazon commission, plus the regular cost of doing business in returns, etc. If Amazon decides to boot you, all your inventory is in their warehouses and you have to pay to get it out. Reselling is not easy, and is very time consuming.

well that and/or cronic sickness or other nonworking bodyparts not doing well, talking sleep apnea etc. i'm still trying but there is not just enough energy to thrive.

I put an ad up on Craigslist about 3 weeks ago for clothing and I get at least 2 or 3 people reach out to me a week. It's definitely worth it to post the ads. It certainly can't hurt!
What did you ask for your ad on craigslist?
Creative idea that requires some serious upfront cash. I am working towards being able to do these types of deals. Thanks for another unique video and idea.
A couple hundred to a couple thousand is all you would need to comfortably begin implementing this strategy. I wouldn't call that "serious upfront cash", especially if you're serious about doing this for a living.

You'll have a hard time getting $19.95 for those filters. I'd start at $14.95 and see how it goes. People will be worried about replacement cartridges, so be sure to mention the cartridges that can be used with that filter. Good luck! Wish I could have bot them for a buck.

The question is why these Craigslist sellers don’t offload these products themselves on eBay or amazon
Hans News some people just don’t sell on eBay only local deals
Laziness, ignorance, impatience, desperation, etc. are just some of the more common reasons these deals can be found.

Sean Leonard If its small items I will send in hole bunch but if they are bigger like the shield mask boxes just 4 or 5 at the time dont want to pay the storage feesif they dont sell fast. Thanks for watching. Cheers !!
I use craigslist ads too
A good idea for a you tube video might be how you use that workshop to renovate and improve items you later sell. I guess you could buy stuff in a crap cosmetic state, but renovate it and sell for a profit... maybe you do that or maybe it's too costly in time...

Hi Milo!! :) One of the estate sale companies I go to is in a building where an orange kitty hangs out, too. I thought he was theirs but he actually just hangs around the building and is fine hanging out inside when the sale is happening. I also live with an orange cat, so I'm very biased. :) Perfect shop mascot!
not very many people have 100 dollars laying around to buy in bulk to sit around and hope they make their money back months from now.

I live in the UK where Craiglist is pretty much dead and there is no other site like it. Althought I did buy a ghettoblaster for $3 should get around $100 for it.

Great stuff! I have bought many of the aquarium filters in my life. I have one 55 gallon aquarium now that I plan on selling as soon as the last fantail dies, but she's about 12 and still hanging in there...with no filter!
Those back supports are awesome. I regret selling mine. I don't remember what size it was, but I need another one, but I will never be a medium....unless I get really, really sick.

Thanks for another very informative video. Are you not afraid to meet with these people/person? I've heard so many horror stories that have very bad ending. People getting killed over an iphone sale etc.....
