  • The word F**GOT has influenced many a crime, a journal, a diary & a death. What is the origin of this word?
Ranging from, "Hey friend," to, "You're Less-than-Human," it has a range similar to "f*ck."
Let's find out where it started! 😲😯
I see people in the comments are unsure of this history. Aside from being able to Google things, here is a link that describes it in more detail. I will provide more soon! :)

Hey. I just found your channel. Thanks so much for sharing and being so vulnerable in your content. You've been through so much i almost cried. 😢 And you read the Bible? Good on you for being open minded in the most authentic sense of the term. I think it's commendable. 😊

Aw thank you! You're so sweet!
And yeah, I was raised VERY religious. We had nightly Bible study every single night. I re-read it as an adult with fresh eyes, and while it can be super inspiring, I think calling it "the word of God" would be like calling a collection of random people's journals the work of God lol ummm...
Thank you for being so nice!

Definitely brings a whole new meaning to "lighting up a fag" if it's true. I'm curious what your sources are and where you discovered this. I've never heard this about people accused of witchcraft although it was true often times it came down to "I don't like you" but wasn't always just that. I do know that their was a supposedly sexual aspect to historical witchcraft of the 15th - 16th century. Supposedly it's tied to fertility cults of the pagan past and the broom was used in a sexual fashion by women as part of certain rituals. Who can say what the truth of this might be, but I can certainly see how it might draw alot of gays/lesbians of the time to it, as it was a out from the traditional christian lifestyle of the time.

There's a lot of interesting stuff on the topic, I just went down a rabbit hole one day of articles and videos one day, and there's a lot more nuance to it than the regular stuff that's always discussed, like how in the US witchcraft accusations were largely tied to classism (most accused of witchcraft were wealthy accused by the poor), and even a bunch of men were accused. I might pause this video until I can compile a list of sources just to be safe though cuz it's a pretty touchy subject.
