The homophobic comments on this video prove my points here. And to those who feel it's my responsibility to be kind to those who believe my very existence is "evil" or a "sin" for, again, SIMPLY EXISTING, let me be clear... IT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO BE KIND TO PEOPLE WHO REVEL IN BEING CRUEL TO OTHERS. If you are anti-human in anyway, including anti-LGBTQIA+, I have no kindness in my heart for you. You are responsible for the hate crimes, the suicide rates among LGBTQIA+ youth, the people who will forever live unhappy lives rooted in lies to make themselves "normal" for you.
You truly are evil people, and I believe that to my core. Not because of something you can't help, unlike us, you CHOOSE to be vicious and vile. We don't choose our genetics. You are the same as a racist--hating people for their genetics. Your ideologies should be eradicated along with the destructive forces you worship. Leave all the hate you want here, baby, I've lived 31 years dealing with your evil hearts. There's nothing you can say to me that I've not already been told, or not told myself in a spell of self-hatred brought on by your bigotry.
Hate me all you need to lol I'm here for it, babes!

I’m definitely not an evil person tyvm, nor do I hate you at all, if I was gay it would be my own conviction. I don’t have the ability to change you, only what I do. This was very targeted as well. You say to accept you with love yet you cannot do the same for us. I honestly want you to be happy because there is very clearly hate in your own heart. Disagree with homosexuality is definitely not synonymous with hate crimes, because me existing and believing in God does not mean I try and destroy your life, even if I believe God exists you still have the right to choose. I can’t help the Christian’s who use God to be bad people, nor can you help the lgbtq members from being bad people. Jesus never spoke for hate, he loves you, me, and everyone else.

@@em8734 If you are ANTI-LGBTQIA+, and speak out against us in any way, you are the equivalent of a racist. There is MORE than enough scientific proof to show that sexuality and gender identity is rooted in GENETICS. So, if you are against us for genetics that we did not choose you are ABSOLUTELY EVIL. And yes, I do have hatred in my heart for people that view other humans as less than. If you share the rhetoric that we are "sinners" and that we will go to hell THAT IS ABUSE. I do not stand with abusers, I stand against them.
If what I just said aligns with your views, then I have as much hatred in my heart for you as I do racists, pedos, rapists, etc.
If not, then I do not 😊

I've only just recently come across your videos, which came at a good time for me as I assessed my own experiences in my own country and the cities/states I've lived in, and wondered if things might be better/worse in other countries. I have an American friend who I met in my country, and several years back he moved to Oklahoma. He is straight. He found living there very lonely and it was difficult for him to make friends. He invited me to visit him there and in his company I would have a good time. He had also previously advised me it wouldn't be safe as a GLBTIQA+ individual for me to visit certain parts of the USA as solo traveler and especially the 'South'. On both occasions I'd wondered 'why': why the invite, why not-safe? From your comments in this video and your first video (which I haven't yet had chance to comment on) AND other information I've independently learnt, I feel that things are worse in Southern USA than my own country. To be honest I'm probably not going to visit, let alone move to, the North of USA. I wish you all the best, and hope you find and/or create your 'best' community in the future, both in geographical location and online.

That's very ironic, I live in Oklahoma now! It's not the worst place I've been, actually. I prefer where I am to New Mexico or Texas, but I'm in a semi-liberal town too. It varies.
Thanks for your kind comments! I'm interested to know more!

    • @clintlingard
      @clintlingard 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

Thank you so much for your response, and so quick, I really appreciate that alot, and my apologies for any delay replying. Yes how ironic you live in Oklahoma now. I've recently heard from my friend who now lives in Florida and he is happy and enjoying it compared to hs last location way in the north of USA. You expressed an interest in knowing more, which was lovely of you, so I will try to generally cover more detail since this is a public forum and I don't know of any specific topics you'd like more detail. I should firstly say that I think my friend thought Oklahoma was safe enough for me to visit, but encouraged me to visit if he was there, as I think he thought I'd find it boring. He could be right. Although I grew up in a country meets city area in my Country, I get by well enough and like nature and quiet, but ultimately enough city life and experiences. My friend was more concerned about me travelling to other Southern states and cities and especially rural areas. I believe it was because of: 1) my sexuality; 2) my skin colour and heritage background (I'm not White White appearance) and 3) my pollitical/social views. He even said that New Orleans wasn't safe for me to travel to, which I thought was odd as it is an established tourist destination. I should say that I have travel phobias, and he knows this. There are sadly lots of regions and countries around the World I wouldn't feel safe travelling to, let alone considering living for a while. I live in an English speaking Country. The scenes here are simllar but not necessarly the same, and its probably safer. The politics is more progressive. I personally don't take drugs, but as I understand from news and anecdotally, the drug preferences tend to be more party, but different big cities have a different preference, and the gay scene preferences are not the same necessarily as the straight scene. Basically the drug you described as common in USA GLBTIQA+ scene would be considered hard-core here. I have been on a journey casually thinking about my life and experiences and the 'scene' in my Country for a while, but I was doing a 6 week workshop in November and December 2023 where I met a Colombian ex-pat whch made me newly think about options elsehere and investigating what might be better/worse elsewhere. He said to me that having lived in the USA previously and now my Country, he preferred how American's on the USA scene seemed friendlier out at GLBTIQA= venues, at least that night and going home with them as trade. I've not yet had the chance to clarify with him since, but I believe he meant that in my Country friendships were harder to form. I believe that this is were we agreed, that people in my Country can be friendly enough in casual banter and interactions, but developing that into good acquaintances and good friends especially outisde of venues is challenging. I've reached out to some of my firneds recently (6 males some gay and straight) and there is somethng there, and more, going on and it's not just modern society in our Country. I'm still considering my options and hope to travel and perhaps have a short working holiday overseas sometime. I hope that helps you understand where I am at, and where I'm coming from. I identify with alot of the things you've said and liked and been amused by others, and I'd happily continue to chat with you more if you want, just let me know. All the best with your Channel, I've been thinking of creating my own online community, so I appreciate the hard work and hope for positive benefits to make it worthwhile and personally satisfying. As a religious person, I don't believe homosexuality is what God intended, and is a sexual sin (obviously if you don't believe in God you aren't going to care about this though.) However, that doesn't mean there aren't homosexual Christians. I don't condone any hate towards any group of people, regardless of their sexuality. I can't control how you feel, I am sure homosexuals ARE attracted to the same sex. I don't know if those people are religious but I can promise you that hate is NOT something promoted by god. I find comfort (though some don't) in the fact that all sins are equal under God, meaning your sin is equal to my sin in weight. Therefore there can be no discrimination amongst people by whose sins are worse. (Some people will try to do that) except that just means they would be uneducated and not following God. As a straight person who sins, you aren't less than me because of your attraction, you deserve all the rights/respect every human deserves despite me not believing it is necessarily right (homosexuality). I have to treat everyone with love just like Jesus Christ would. Honestly I'm sure all the religious talk is old for some people but it is a part of who I am, just as your sexuality is you. I just wanted to let you know there are people out here who care for the basic respect of all human life and that kindness & God are the way of unlocking true contentment and happiness in life. God Bless you, brother

@@AdamOwens135 " You don’t get people on your side by calling them names"
I don't think they were trying to get the homophobic person who just said " your entire personality is your sexuality," -- as if a sexuality can somehow be a " personality trait" -- on their side. Just because a man is effeminate, for example, doesn't mean " their personality is their sexuality," because "effeminate" is not a sexuality. What personality would we anticipate a straight man having? Because there are plenty of straight and effeminate men. They insulted them with homophobic nonsense, and they clapped back with name calling -- welcome to the internet, are you new to this or something?
" Probably why you don’t feel comfortable being you, if you feel the need to confront it when it pops up you’ll always be on guard at all times "
That seems to assume a lot, what about them has every implied they are uncomfortable being them? They seem pretty comfortable with themselves, most of their complaints are about how uneducated people treat them.
" People are always gunna hate on you no matter what you do who you fuck what your skin is or what package you got"
This shit is so easy to say for someone who has never experienced discrimination. " People are always going to hate on you..."
You have never experienced going to the store and everyone in the store rotating to stare at you like you're a freak. If you want the experience, feel free to go out crossdressed -- people will assume you're a transwoman and you will see how it really is. It isn't as easy to " block something out" when every aspect of your daily social function is plagued by it. Things that are basic for you; the defaults that are accepted by everyone else in society and you are allowed to live with, are taken from people like them because of people like you.
" There will always be a mouth piece for opposition of your existence… and you will always notice it because that’s naturally what we do as humans"
The problem isn't " a mouth piece of opposition of their existence," the problem is the impossibility of living in a society that is directly opposed to you. It isn't about what some guy says, it is about how you are treated when you leave the house -- every time. There is no escape, do you not understand? There is no escape for these people; there is no out, you are saying " society will be opposed to you if you are gay," and trapping them in that attribution. But society isn't opposed to people being gay by default -- it is a thing that people have made up and enforced for centuries, so it is something that can be changed -- and the majority of people in this country have agreed it should change.
Just because you have never experienced the rigid enforcement of social norms (because you haven't ever not fit them) doesn't mean that everyone else is you. It is impossible to put yourself in someone else's head.
" The only thing you can do is gather support and a make a community yourself… but who will follow you when you talk down so quickly to people? "
I will, lol. People who want to enforce prejudice misconceptions like a sexuality being a personality can deal with emotional trauma, given that they are inflicting emotional trauma on a broad subset of the population of which they have likely met very few representatives of. I see it as pretty justified, I mean if someone insults me to my face I would probably also insult them to their face. Seems like a normal reaction you are pretending is extraordinary -- not to blow the lid off of this, but probably because he is gay.
" A community created on the foundation of a common enemy collapses when the enemy is no longer the same"
We don't have enemies. You are not our enemies, you are our peers. We are YOUR enemies. You won't stop until we are outcasts in society, there are less of us, we aren't allowed to congregate and have parades, we stop asking for more civil rights protections,
you might not even stop till concentration camps. We don't even understand why people like you want this. We don't get why you're so opposed to gay and transgender people, to entire subsets of people for essentially no reason.
You don't know anything about anything. No matter what I say, it will always bounce off your dense, fragile, and non-functioning mind. You haven't bothered to even read a book or do some basic hypothesis testing before forming your entire conclusion on no evidence -- in other words, you're not very intelligent and I wasted 10 minutes of my life explaining this to you like you're a baby. Merry christmas.
